Our home is a 2100 sq. ft. three story townhome located the North End of Charlotte. It has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 5 beds. There is plenty of space for rest, entertainment, and memories. The exceptionally large kitchen is stocked with all the cooking supplies you might need. To remind yourself of how close you are to the city just take a step out onto the balcony or look out the second or third floor windows to get fantastic city views!

Great stay

We had a wonderful time! The location was perfect to all the fun activities and best food. The layout of the house is perfect for bigger groups or multiple families. Check out the as super easy. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Charlotte.

Tricia's Wedding

The place was the perfect distance from Camp North End The Revelry. It was perfect, clean, and wonderful! We had an excellent stay and loved it. When we return, we would definitely like to stay there again.

Just what we needed!

The townhouse was exactly what we needed. The rooms were clean and the beds made. The layout of the house gave everyone enough privacy but also a great meeting place on the second floor. My brother, his wife and daughter needed a place for their family so the loft was the most ideal location. And that master bedroom was absolutely glorious. We had the best time, the location is super close/ walking distance to Camp Northend as mentioned. If you don’t mind a bit longer walk, Heist is in the vicinity as well. I would recommend and stay here again. Thank you!

Vacation stay for large group of six

This rental was very clean and spacious. The room with the sofa beside the bed was upstairs. The master bedroom was on the middle floor with the kitchen and living room, and the other 2 bedrooms were on the first floor. The unit was very nicely decorated and really close to the downtown area. The neighborhood was very quiet. We appreciated a nice vacation property.

Great place to stay.

This place was beyond our dreams. From the booking to us leaving, everything was easy to do and our hosts Kayla and Evan were very helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect getaway

The townhouse was so clean and nice, the owners left cute little goodie bags with toothbrushes and other things we might need along with many towels/wash rags! Getting in was easy with just having to punch in a code, didn’t need to worry about keys or anything. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows, blankets and sheets! 8-10 minutes from Uptown, very easy to get around! Good price, Kayla and Evan were good to work with as well - I would recommend staying here!

Great spot for the weekend

We stayed here for my nephew’s wedding and it was a great location. Nothing around the city (where we needed go) was more than 10-15 minutes away. It is walking distance to Camp North End- super fun area. We were not in the VRBO very much as we were there for a family wedding, but it met all of our needs. We had one mix up in checking in -but they responded immediately and corrected the issue. So I have no complaints.

We were in proximity of everything in the city. Quiet neighborhood, no problem checking in or out, very clean, just like the photos.

Four couples football weekend

We had four couples gather for football and NYE and all had plenty of room and privacy. Very close to uptown. The townhome was decorated very nice and the beds were comfortable.

Nice & spacious

This three level townhome was perfect for our group! We all had enough space to spread out! The second level is where we all hung out in the kitchen and played card games. The kitchen was stocked well with what we needed. The only issue is that the master bedroom on that floor was so hot! The air conditioning did not seem to be working that well. They did supply us with fans which definitely helped. Other than that, we were able to get the the Bank of America Stadium without any issues for the Garth Brooks Concert. We also went to Dave & Busters (18 min drive away) and Top Golf (16 min away)

Wonderful 4bed/3bath in a great location

This townhome has a great floorplan with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, and is a great location for all Charlotte has to offer. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. The check-in communication was easy to follow, appreciated the keyless entry.

Location, parking, wifi

Unit was beautiful! It's the location proximity to entertainment. Food options are minimal as your really in a gentrification area. Parking was a headache and involved walking from another section. WiFi should be included in the email sent to renter. Why do you have to have the app to access it. Finally, we left items by mistake, shoes and a bag of token type gifts, nobody has contacted us about them. Owners are cool, won't stay in location again!
