We loved our stay. The home was spotless. The bathrooms and kitchen very clean.The beds were very comfortable The host was so gracious enough to provide information of what to see or what to do nearby. When we needed information he replied back right away. I would differently want to stay here whenever, I comeback to Charlotte.

This home accommodated all of our needs during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped in addition to the few things we brought for us to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. The house was clean upon arriving and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Downtown Gem. Anthony was a great host - easy to communicate with and thoughtful about what amenities and the extras that were provided. The highlight for us was the fire table in the backyard. We caught a rainy weekend and it was wonderful to still have a place to enjoy some fresh air while being protected from the bugs and rain. The property is as described in the listing. Definitely a 5-star stay. The place was great, but knowing the host is so vested in you having a good experience is the best. Book with confidence!

The house was very clean and very accommodating for us. We were very close to the light rail which is free to ride. Location was ideal for all the things we did. Anthony was a great host and he answered all my questions promptly.

The Host- Anthony- was amazing-- he gave us all types of tips of where to visit-- restaurants, bars, you name it-- he is very proficient of knowing the area. THE LOCATION of this Vrbo is 6-8 minutes by Uber from almost anywhere downtown you want to go! The House had everything-- having 4 bedrooms makes this immediately a 5 star - but having it stocked to the hilt is also a huge plus. Don't hesitate to book this one-- it has a multitude of pluses--- 5 star - OVER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Beautiful Home, Excellent Locations, & Great Host!

I have to say that after staying in other VRBO locations, other home rentals, & hotels, this feels like the best we've stayed in so far. This home has a ton of space as we had a family of four with a bedroom to spare. Also, it is perfect for quick access to Uptown and the highway! To top it off, the host is great! We had one small snafu upon arrival where the lock code did not work, but the host responded within minutes and we were quickly on about our day. Last but not least, the wife and kids thoroughly enjoyed it, so I would definitely book again!
