Beautiful property, the rooms, especially kitchen and living areas, are very spacious, all were very clean. There is also a 3rd (half) bathroom. The shaded patios made it comfortable for sitting outside the early parts of the day (or longer if you’re not from New England ). Host was very accommodating, she even contacted me when the property was ready in case we wanted to check in early. It was perfect for my husband and I and our adult children. We would definitely come back again.

Quiet, ideal location, beautiful home with the perfect host! Rand made the entire process so easy for our group of 3 when we visited Scottsdale for a reunion. The location is ideal and just minutes away from major spots in Scottsdale. We enjoyed having flat screen TVs in every room, including by the pool and in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms were spotless clean and quiet. The kitchen and eat-in areas are spacious and immaculate. Plenty of outdoor spaces to sit and read or gather by the pool for relaxation. Super-responsive host! Any question we had was promptly answered by Rand, who is so professional and kind. We will definitely return to this lovely home whenever we're back in the Scottsdale area!
