Nice tiny home

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The outdoor area was private with a great fire pit. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, Cozy, and Relaxing

Great Stay!

Perfect location and privacy backing up to the trees. Loved the fire put and screened in porch! Super clean and comfortable!

Perfect Stay!

This property is great! Exactly what we wanted with our stay in Tracy City. Would recommend to a friend. The property manager (owners) were easy to communicate with and provide a thorough instructions for our stay.

Great tiny home in Monteagle

House is very nice, perfect for a small family and was well stocked with everything you need for a stay. Very close to Fiery Gizzard trail and everything in Monteagle/Sewanee. Host was great, nothing but great things to say about our stay.

One of the up dated places ive stayed at. Want to come back in the future. My friend's loved the place and didn't want to leave lol.

Charming and fun

This was a great place to stay for a few days while we were in the area. We loved the big, screened in outdoor seating and the overall outdoor area on the tiny home. The inside was set up well, and spacious enough for a total of 7 adults to be comfortable. The decor was great, the beds were comfortable, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed it & left it better than we found it. Everything was in great order except the ice maker, but it worked out fine. We had a great time & made some wonderful memories!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The Fox tiny home was perfect! Two of us stayed but we could have brought additional friends with how much space the home had! The outdoor space was amazing and the community is very nice. Neighbors are far enough away that you have quite a bit of privacy. The owners were very communicative! Kitchen was perfect to cook dinners at home! Would highly recommend!

Excellent Getaway Vacation

We loved staying here. The place looked great inside and out and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. The screened in patio facing the woods was very relaxing and the large fire pit area was great for lounging in the evening.The owners communicated frequently both before and during our stay to make sure that everything was 100% to our satisfaction. They provided an online guide to the property that clearly explained how to use everything onsite, as well as recommendations for restaurants, hikes, etc. offsite.The property is conveniently located near South Cumberland and Savage Gulf State Parks as well as some good restaurants. I would definitely stay here if traveling again to this area.

Amenities were ok- not very extensive.We got really hot the first night because no direction that both units had to be on the same mode. There was a power outage and loud bangs (not the owners fault) that same night, and the police came out. And the Barbeque grill was not working to grill out after we bought steaks. But everything was clean and directions to everything else were provided.

Worst response

The grill was broken so I contacted them and they said they would check it out but then I lost contact. I was looking forward to having a barbecue but the grill wasn't working so dinner was late.

“The Fox” tiny home was the perfect 4th of July escape. The home was comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The beautiful lot the home is on is private and secluded. All in all a great place to stay!
