Spent a week in this cabin. Very quiet and peaceful. Had fun watching the deer, lizards, frogs and owl!

This home was the dream backdrop for our girls' weekend. It was super inviting, comfortable, and clean from the moment we arrived. We spent hours hanging out, cooking, playing games, and catching up around the fire pit at night.The host was top-notch and super accommodating. Just a few small feedback items for future group stays:Kitchen: A few more baking pans or cookie sheets would be super helpful for group meals.Dining: The dining area is cozy, but a slightly larger table (seating 6 comfortably) would make group dinners much easier.Bedrooms: A TV in the primary bedroom would be a nice bonus for winding down at night.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back in a heartbeat!

We stayed here for the weekend. We came down to ride the offroad parks so were gone most of the days. It was all we needed. A place to cook breakfast, shower and sleep.

Wonderful little get away weekend here! Perfect location, so many trails within 20 min and further back from the road. The trees in the backyard are perfect for setting up hammocks! Great house for porch sitting.

The place was nice

It had plenty of parking for our trailer and machines. The management staff was absolutely great. They responded quickly to questions. Will definitely stay with them again.

We had a nice stay at Flat Branch Lodge. It was conveniently located between the State Parks we were visiting. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed! Very clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. The property photos were a bit misleading as far as privacy goes, as you’re located right behind 2 homes that were very visible without tree cover (we were visiting in March while the trees were still bare) and the pond was a little lacking, but we were still able to enjoy a secluded bonfire out back. Fire wood was provided which was great! No issues with check-in or host communication. Overall, great cabin for a little family looking for a place to relax after outdoor adventures!

Absolutely perfect

We are a family of 4 with a furry companion that needed a place while we checked out South Cumberland and Savage Gulf State Park. This place was absolutely perfect. The cottage is perfectly decorated, had everything we needed, and was a great location to check everything out. We will definitely be back!

We had a couple of issues with the internet connection and hot water but they were fixed in no time. The property manager was outstanding. She needs a raise after being so swift in fixing our two issues.Would stay again.

Beautiful location with a large quiet lot. We loved the outside areas with the fire pit, large porches, and big grassy areas to throw a Frisbee. The kitchen was decently stocked for basic cooking, plenty of blankets and linens for beds.The level of cleanliness was ok.. clean enough but not as good as it could have been. The outside areas were particularly iffy. One of the Adirondack chairs was broken, there was a random old rug in a pile by the fire pit. A couple of random tools laid on the porch. The outdoor seating on the porch was dirty and needed a good wipe down before sitting on.We managed to find 2 random roasting sticks randomly around the fire pit which was nice to roast smores with, but both were bent out of shape.Overall, we loved the area but we're a but disappointed with the cleanliness and lack of personal touches.

Awesome place. Its super cute and close to hiking *Fiery Gizzard" and to The Caverns!

Overall the stay was fantastic, they even supplied firewood for the fire pit. Only two issues were; 1. Stove works but oven doesnt 2. Socket behind nightstand in We would definitely stay here againMaster doesnt work

Great Getaway for a Concert at the Caverns.

This place is very nice and quiet. It is in the middle of all activities in Grundy county. We came to Grundy county for a concert at the caverns and it only took us 19 minutes to get there, which was a plus. We really enjoy the cabin it was peaceful and Serene it is perfect for two people or a small family. The only downside is the grass look like it had been cut in a while and I understand that they did have a lot of rain over the last month. It stated there was a Roku we found a remote for a fire stick but no fire stick. Overall we really love this place and had a great time I would recommend staying at this place and catching a concert at the caverns.
