Loved our stay here - such a cozy little tiny home community, private but not isolated. We loved the hike to the waterfall on the property grounds, as well as the gorgeous Fiery Gizzard North trailhead with several other waterfalls just a short drive away.

Beautiful home in a convenient location. We enjoyed the fire pit each night and the front porch every morning. Close to hiking trails and not too far from Sewanee. I would definitely stay here again.

Only problem we had was not with the owner in any way, but rather with the management company - Gertner. The light on the back deck had a short in it and blinked continuously like a Strobe light the entire time it was on. And since I'm Epileptic I was unable to use/enjoy the deck for fear of causing a seizure.Everything else was spot on! Would recommend.

This property was everything and more. Our fur baby loved this trip, there is information about what to do around the area and on the property in a binder inside. This came in handy to locate the trails and amazing waterfall on the grounds. There is a super cute pavilion with outdoor fireplace and fire pit, along with rocking chairs for when the nights start to warm up. Definitely plan on returning.

The cabin had a gorgeous outdoor space making the tiny house seem bigger. Nice kitchen and washer dryer. Super cozy. Clean. Would stay again.

Great get away for anniversary/vacation

We enjoyed ourselves so much. Peace and quiet was in order and that’s what we got plus beautiful scenery. It is a tiny house. But oh so cute, and we were comfy. Communication was great with the host. Definitely recommend.

Check-in was easy and they were responsive to my questions about getting heat turned on! Clean and fresh!! Kitchen appliances up to date, no dishwasher, but not a problem for me! Kitchen could use some restocking of useful items…knives for preparing food, scissors, etc. only knives were steak knives which are not good for food prep! Property had trail and waterfall that was worth seeing!! Will be back!

Where do I start, The cabin had a very bad mildew smell the moment we walked in! The only plates in the cabin are in the pic; there were two in the cabinet but were dirty. I was informed by the host that there was no firewood, so we stopped and bought some and when we arrived there was firewood there. The wooden chairs around the fire pit were unusable. The first one I sat in broke and I went to the ground. The cabin itself needs some maintenance performed. I had to sign a contract stating if I did not put trash in a bag and in the trash, I can be fined well when we were departing and cleaning the house come to find out the trash can was full, so we had nowhere to place the garbage. I love the area and have stayed in other cabins over the years but will not be back to this one. Renters beware!!
