This home was extremely clean and well decorated. Very cozy, plenty of towels and throw blankets. Very well thought out for a homey vibe. Host was wonderfully responsive.

We had a wonderful vacation! The house is well appointed and the location is perfect. We enjoyed having access to a community pool and being close to the beach. Sonja was incredibly communicative and responsive to our questions.

We loved our stay at Sunset Martini! Highly recommend for families looking for a beach getaway without the crowds. The house is stellar and the neighborhood was everything we could ask for. Beach days were made easy with the provided amenities and private boardwalk. The cherry on top was our host! She was attentive and truly cared about our vacation experience.

We are a family of 9 adults, 1 toddler and dogs. This property was absolutely perfect for my crew!!! The house big kitchen table was perfect for meals & board games. The large den was perfect for everyone to relax & watch college football. Bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable mattresses. Hosts provided every thing needed for beach & pool: wagon, rolling cooler, beach toys, chairs, towels. Hosts provided everything needed during our stay: laundry & dishwashing supplies, general cleaning, bathing supplies. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking in and preparing beach cocktails, And we loved the gated community which had a wonderful pool, volleyball & pickle ball courts, great beach access. I highly recommend this wonderful vacation spot!!

The community pool had no umbrellas to enjoy which was disappointing. Also experienced lots of ants in the kitchen - we notified the owner and she said someone would be out to spray but no one came. The house was lovely decorated and the A/C worked really well as going in July is something we won’t do again due to the Florida heat. But overall it was an enjoyable time!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the home, décor, and A/C during your stay! We did want to clarify that our exterminator came to the home on the third day of your stay, the day after you notified us, and was let inside by a member of your family to treat the home. The pool is a community amenity, and unfortunately the availability of umbrellas is managed by the HOA and is outside of our control. We’re happy to hear that overall you enjoyed your time at Sunset Martini and appreciate you staying with us!

The house was beautiful and spacious. We had plenty of room for the different couples, and ease getting to and from beach with no issues. The few problems we did have, we communicated with the host and she responded automatically and was very helpful and attentive. Would recommend this to anyone. So beautiful, convenient area, spacious, pickball was grreat and the pool was nice.
