Positioned on the Atlantic Oceanfront with 600 feet of direct beach access, this luxurious residence has a direct ocean view. Environmentally friendly features and thoughtful touches throughout create a fusion of luxury and environmental consciousness. Enjoy the amenities of a 5-star resort with all the comforts of home.

Start your morning off with an espresso on the balcony, as you watch the sunrise over iconic South Beach. Drop the kids off at Seedlings for a day filled with environmental adventure, and then a workout or take a class at Anatomy before heading out for some retail therapy at the premier retail shops along Collins Avenue. Take the family on an afternoon stroll along the beach, or watch the kids splash in the surf and build sandcastles while you grab those afternoon rays. Whether you are here to create those precious family memories or indulge in Miami’s world-renowned dining and nightlife, this oasis is the perfect place to relax, indulge and recharge while enjoying all that is Miami.

THE SPACE:

• Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries
• Entertainment amenities include multiple TVs, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet.

When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself with the wonderful hotel amenities, which include:

• The Anatomy Gym
• A wide variety of dining options to refuel for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks.
• Access to the 1 Beach Club featuring Wave Coastal Cuisine.
• The brand-new Audi E-tron for drop-offs with a chauffeur up to a 3-mile radius. It can also be scheduled for a test drive through the concierge.

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping, and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• The 1 Hotel charges a $95.00 (plus tax) daily resort fee paid directly to hotel upon arrival. Resort fees are waived for bookings 30 days or longer.
• Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate.
• Room service is not available.
• Rentals over 30 days have access to room service, complimentary valet for one car, and waived resort fees.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $275 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.

Exceptional!

This place is truly remarkable. Our family has stayed at this property previously, but this unit is spectacular.The pictures really don’t do it justice.The unit was the cleanest vacation rental I have stayed in. The hosts were quick and efficient responding to any questions. The overall experience was everything we had hoped for.This will be our first choice if and when we return to the area.

Lovely Beach Condo

Great stay for 5 nights. The condo was in excellent condition and the views from the condo were amazing! The 1 Hotel is one of our favorite places to stay and yet again everyone we dealt with from check in/out to beach and pool service were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this condo and hotel based upon the accommodations and customer service.
