I would pass on this property, booked it because it had a hot tub, got to property nothing!! Needs a good cleaning, felt like I had to clean up before I could relax, not a great way to start a vacay

It was a great property right across the street from the beach. Area is quiet not too busy and it was enjoyable place to relax.

Great get away spot

We had a great time! Enjoyed being able to walk across the street and be on the beach! It was within walking distance to several good restaurants.

Great location and easy access to beach, quiet. Unit is dated but provides all that is needed for short time stay.

Nice location

Place was clean and the beach was located directly across the street with a cross walk light on the same block, took 2 minutes to get to beach. Would definitely stay here again. Rose was a great host and quick to respond with any issues.

Location was Great, Amenities as Described

Very nice location on the 'quieter side' of Daytona Beach. Walking distance to a couple great restaurants and beach shops. The walkway to the beach is literally across the street and was very nice. Condo was clean and the owner was great at letting us in at 2am when our flight was delayed a few times.

Total Relaxation

A great week, friendly people, great weather. Although we were renting we were invited to attend the building picnic on Memorial Day. Will definitely be coming back.

February Fun

My lady friend and I stayed at this rental for two weeks in February. The location is ideal with a 3 minute walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and other activities. The condo was in fantastic shape and we really enjoyed our stay. We look forward to returning next year!

Fabulous Unit! Very Clean and Well Kept.

We had a fabulous time here! Condo unit and grounds were impeccably kept. Refreshing pool and close to beach! Ideal location.. lots of restaurants and things to do! Definitely will be going back! Owner pleasant and easy to work with. 5/5 ***
