Great stay

Great property & location. There are several pools, a tiki bar, great beach views, and a lot to do in the area. Front Beach Rd tends to be pretty noisy at night with loud music blaring that can be heard from inside the condo, but other than that it was a great stay!

Beautiful Property - Close to Everything

We had a fantastic time on our vacation. The condo was perfect...there were a few cleanliness items that needed to be addressed but overall, the condo was great. We would definitely go back!

Awesome stay!

We’ve been to this building, but not this condo and I hope to be back! The view was great, the condo was clean and decorated nicely. Everything worked well, the kitchen was stocked and it overall exceeded my expectations.

The unit was very clean. Furniture was updated and clean. The check in was very easy. The view was absolutely beautiful. Everything was in walking distance.

Perfect!

Enjoyed our stay in this condo so much! It’s super clean, beautiful and the beds are amazing! The view from the 4th floor is perfect. Communication with management was the best I’ve experienced. Will definitely be renting again.

2025 SEABREEZE JAZZ FEST

In PCB for the jazz fest. Great location. clean unit. great a/c.. nice and quite... guest services should have left toilet paper re-supply,,,, other than no extra toilet paper,, excellent stay. highly recommend.

We are happy you enjoyed your stay! We are a bit perplexed by the smell you claim was on the chairs, as we asked about your stay after you had been there for 3 days, and your response was "Good condo and great weather. Thx" with no mention of a smell that we certainly would have addressed had we been made aware of any issues during your week long stay.

Calypso 406W beach ready

Host fast response with garage passes, stove fan repair and some cleaning. Beach ready with laundry closet with beach towels, children sand toys, chairs, and boards.
