Free BEACH CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA in season! This Tower 1, 8th Floor Paradise is on the Gulf of America with White Sandy Beaches and right by Pier Park and the new Top Golf! Upgrades throughout. If you are particular about where you stay, you have found the perfect condo, at Calypso Towers and Resort. Two Pools, (One is Heated), Fishing and Walking Pier, Tiki Bar and Volleyball Nets! Master Bedroom is a KING and Gulf Front, Second Bedroom with adjoining Bath is a KING, and the Third bedroom is a Large Bunk Room with a Double Bed, Twin Bed, and TV. Tiles and Newer LVP Flooring throughout.

This Condo has full mirrors in the living areas, and the Master Bedroom. The reflections invite the sparkling waters of the Gulf in to live with you during your stay. NEW LARGE Screen TVs have Netflix, etc. Kitchen and Baths have Granite Countertops. Kitchen is Fully Equipped, to include Kuerig and a regular Coffee Pot. Beautiful condo with comfy beds and awesome amenities. Checkin was flawless condo has everything you need, and extras which other condos never provide (we have stayed at Calypso for years). Highly recommend this rental!

This stay was so amazing, Terry had the place looking like home and went out of the way to make sure our stay was great. Definitely will come back and book same room it had a great view and was home away from home.

Great place!

Our stay was great! Condo is clean and very comfortable for families with kids, teens, or just adults. The owner even gave us dinner recommendations! Highly recommend!

Well maintained, excellent furnishings

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious, appliances were very nice and the furniture was excellent. Would have been very comfortable staying much longer.

Fun Time at the Calypso

This property was great. Our host Mrs. Braswell was so sweet and kind and so helpful. She was amazing. I recommend this condo to anyone and everyone. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view

The condo was in the perfect spot. It was walking distance to Pier Park although there was no reason to leave. It had everything you would need for a weeks stay. There was plenty of room for my family to spread out and the views were amazing!

The condo was in a perfect location for both the Gulf view, distance to the beach, and an easy walk to Pier Park. It was clean inside and had modern updates and amenities. The washer and dryer came in very handy and there were two folding beach chairs available for use. I would suggest new mattresses for the two full-sized beds, which is really my only complaint. Overall, a very nice place to vacation.

Hello - I'm Terri Braswell, owner of 2 condos in Panama City Beach. Calypso is my favorite - 8th Floor, Convenient, and Beautiful Full Ocean View. This condo was just completed in 2006, and I have rented our personal condos since 1995. I am a very picky with my condos - they have to be clean and perfect, so when you walk in you say 'WOW!' It's your vacation, and I want it to be special for you. My renters come back again and again, and I hope you will, too!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Being an licensed Realtor in Florida and Georgia, I believe in Location, Location, Location. That's why I picked Calypso, and the 8th Floor. Calypso is located right by Pier Park, the new Pier, and a isolated beach area where none can build. The ocean is usually aqua blue, and the sand is white - and perfect for walking. I love Panama City Beach because of the variety of activities available for families. You can't go wrong at Calypso, and I would give my condo 5 Stars!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Two King Bedrooms, Master and Guest. Very long ocean front pools - one is heated, the other cool. There is a Tiki Bar by the pools for a Cool Drink, and a wonderful Sandwich shop that will deliver to your chair at the beach. The beach offers Parsailing, Banana Boating, Swimming of Course, and Chairs and Umbrellas. The Restaurants and Shopping at Pier Park are the Best, and just a short walk away. Pier Park also has 28 Theaters in case you have a rainy day!
