Imagine stepping onto the patio each day to take in breathtaking views of miles of pristine white sand and sparkling coastline. This oceanfront condo features a full kitchen, one full bathroom, a comfortable king bed, and a convenient Murphy bed for additional sleeping space. A shared laundry room is available on the property (not inside the unit).

This is a non-smoking condo. Small dogs are welcome; however, cats are not permitted. Please note there is no elevator access, but the unit is located on the second level—just one easy flight of stairs.

Prime Location
If location is at the top of your list, you’ve found the perfect getaway. This cozy condo sits on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach, directly across the street from Shuck’ems Oyster Bar & Grill and within walking distance of several fantastic restaurants. You’ll also be just minutes from Pier Park’s shopping and entertainment, Frank Brown Sports & Aquatic Center, Walmart, the City Pier, and Gulf World Marine Park.

Parking & Amenities
Free parking is provided for one vehicle per stay. Your parking pass will be waiting inside the condo upon arrival and must remain visible in your vehicle at all times. Guests also enjoy access to the on-site pool, hot tub, three BBQ grills, and a volleyball area.

Additional Policies
A non-refundable $100 pet fee applies for guests traveling with small dogs. Guests under the age of 21 please contact us

The host is wonderful. The condo was nice. As described. The deck faces the water and has a lovely view. The living room couch is meh, but overall it was very nice.

Overall, it is nice property with great views of the Gulf and a nice bar/pub across the road. Property does not have any amenities that could make it more valuable, in my opinion.

The property was exactly what we needed, but what really blew us away was the hospitality. The owner went above and beyond by reaching out to us right after checkout because he found a few articles of clothing we had accidentally left behind. You don't always find that level of care and honesty. Highly recommend staying here—we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

If you’re looking for a great little spot with EASY beach access and competitive pricing, this is it. The property is older but clean. There are plenty of walkable places to shop and eat dinner. The crowd on the beach isn’t bad as this is a smaller condo (less chairs out front compared to neighboring spots). I would absolutely stay here again. Host was easy to get in touch with! Traffic was heavy directly in front of the condo but this is expected given the beach front location.

The host was reactive and accommodating. The location of the condo was great. The inside needs a little updating but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The location was great and overall everything was clean. It does need a little updating with a couple of the accent chairs. The stove and refrigerator could be updated as well but they do work. The view is great!

Everything about this condo was great, however, the tub does need to be replaced. The fiberglass has mostly chipped out but a bath mat was provided to cover it while showering. Other than that, the only other thing is it is located across the street from a karaoke bar. You will outside but pretty soundproof inside the condo.

My husband and I enjoyed a week at this cute condo. It was enough room to enjoy ourselves and be close to the ocean. The view from the 2nd floor balcony was nice and the walk to the beach was short.

Didn’t ruin my trip

The property itself was in great location room was as described and booking through vrbo no problem. Had a couple of questions before booking response from the host was quick, but after booking we were supposed to receive information as far as checking in from host , received nothing. Called Vrbo to confirm reservation they confirmed. Was supposed to receive room number and key code the day of arrival but nothing from the host. Was sitting at the property not knowing what room and no key code, called 3 contact numbers for host but no response. Finally called vrbo after almost refunding or money and 2 attempts for vrbo contacting the host we finally got in the room. Room had a couple of issues such as pet hair on the sofa, candy wrappers on night stand and on the bathroom floor, the shower is for short people it hits you about mid torso . The host did refund us a $100.00 dollars for our inconvenience at check in. The room need some sort of welcome packet letting guests know what to do with towels, bedding, and trash upon checking out. There were no trash bags except for the on in the can in the bathroom, and kitchen area. I would stay at this property again just not with this host again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo’s size and layout were perfect for our family, the views were breathtaking, and the location and beach access were unbeatable! It was very clean, comfortable, and a great value. The king bed was super comfy, shower pressure was AMAZING, and plenty of closet hangers were appreciated!I was especially impressed with the owner! When we reported the oven wasn’t working, they had a replacement brought in the SAME DAY! Excellent responsiveness!A few improvements would make this condo even better. Cooking supplies were limited, most pans were warped, the dresser smelled musty, and seating was limited.A vacuum would be a HUGE plus! Sand is inevitable at the beach, and a broom and dustpan only do so much.The concrete hallways amplify noise from guests coming and going, so soundproofing around the entry door would be beneficial.Overall, a wonderful stay with beautiful views, fantastic beach access, and a responsive owner. A few thoughtful updates would make it even better!

Front door is too hard to open for seniors to open, sticks bad. Not an outside pool for easy accessible pool users. Living room tv didn’t work or we couldn’t get it to. Pool was clean, but could use some umbrellas around it. View was great. Patio door needs upgraded, as you can’t lock it at all because lock is gone. Refrigerator door is very hard to open. The air conditioner in the living room is very loud and terrible noise. The bedroom air had a very mildew smell coming from it, so bad that we went and bought air fresheners. Good stay though as we had our small dog with us.
