The sunny Kona district is known for its clear waters and historic Hawaiian landmarks such as the Hulihe’e Palace, Moku’aikaua Church and Ahu’ena Heiau, about 8 miles south of the Keahole-Kona Airport.  Kona is also known for its famous deep-sea fishing, annually hosting the International Billfish Tournament in August, Ironman World Championship Triathlon in October and Kona Coffee Cultural Festival in November. Enjoy daily activities such as  snorkeling, diving, paddling, watching spinner dolphins and Hawaiian sea turtles casually swimming by the beach, or watch the boats go by while having a meal or a cocktail on Alii drive.  Take a tour of our Kona coffee farms, vanilla farms and Seahorse farms.

Keauhou Bay is located at the end of Kamehameha III Road, southern Kailua-Kona, named as the site of the birthplace of King Kamehameha III.

Known for perfect water for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, snorkeling, manta sightings and ocean adventures.

To ensure a seamless holiday experience, we have the following booking requirements for Christmas and New Year's stays:

- If booking over both Christmas and New Year's, a 10 night stay is required.
- If not staying for both holidays, check-in and check-out must fall between December 26–29.
