Welcome to Metro Tempe Apartments. We offer fully remodeled furnished studio apartments. All of our units feature full kitchens, high speed plug in or wireless internet, full size sofa sleeper and king mattress. Check in is contactless, keypad code to your email on day of check in. Pool and Spa are heated for our guests.

This listing is for one of our 3 Penthouse Suite units, 121, 221, and 321. 121 will include the hanging microwave and 2 burner electric stovetop. They are corner units with an additional living space as pictured. Kitchen fridge will be either to the side or in a row, 121 has a stove top. These units feature all tile and premium King size bed.

BEWARE. DANGEROUS,TERRIBLE,RUN THE OTHER WAY

Not sure where to start. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this was the worst experience by far. It started with the booking process and having to scan our drivers license. That didn’t work after trying three times. We finally get to this place and wow. Right when you walk in there is a toxic smell like no other. I guess it’s the air freshener things and they are everywhere and so strong and toxic smelling we would try to hold our breaths from the time we walked in until we reached our room. Let’s talk about that. I have never been to ANY hotel, motel, VRBO, etc. that doesn’t have an iron. So you’re traveling. You’re clothes are packed and therefore wrinkled and they have NO iron. Took a shower. The shower head aims out toward the rest of the bathroom and there is no way to contain the water. The water gets all over the entire bathroom floor and is a major slip and fall hazard waiting to happen. I gave one star because the bed was decent but that is all I can say for this place. We will never be back.

NICE PLACE!!!

Booking the room was very easy. Received the Apt. number and door code by 2pm. Place was spotless, bed very comfortable. Only has a microwave so in the future we'll bring our roaster. Frozen breakfast items warmed in the microwave was enough.We will be returning again soon. Oh, i was impress that the rental Company text and asked if things were going well. Place was quiet even with dogs in the building. Couple dislikes: only one spoon available. Two would have been nice even an extra fork and spoon to used for serving was missed too.The last thing that was VERY inconvient, their was'nt'anywhere to put hanging clothes. A tension rod or small Motel rack would be nice.

It was good for a quick overnight stay. Kindof a pain to make our way in as we arrived later in the even.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER OF ANY SHORT TERM STAY

THE BAD: Located at intersection of 2 highways so very loud traffic noise 24/7. One night of our stay 2 police cars there for hours to evict VERY loud unhappy tennant. A other night of our stay we were awakened at 3 AM. by couple screaming at each other in their room and in hallway. 3rd floor carpets gross. Rooms being smoked in and 3rd floor constantly smelled strongly of Marijuana. Our room (321) floor was so dirty one pass around with white socks and bottoms turned dark grey. Bathroom sink was plugged and one bed lamp not working. Local staff was responsive to these issues. Several nights we returned to find homeless folks parked in lot. Another night we returned and their was a party going on in the parking lot...alcohol and drugs. Dumpster in parking lot overflowing. THE GOOD: Excellent Mattress but I think that was luck of the draw. Local staff seemed to be working very hard to deal with issues. They responded to our room issues quickly. Sink backed up again the day after it was cleared. I did not report it because we checked out a day early and moved back in our RV which was in repair shop. It is obvious that some one has recently invested money here to make the building more attrative.obby and first floor tiled in beautiful tile. Second and third floor have carpet which is in good repair but needs cleaning by a professional in various places.where there are food and other stains. I messaged management with my contact info so I could pass this info along privately but received no response. That is the reason for this public review.
