Enjoy the beautiful view of the Lake and watch wildlife from the spacious covered deck or take a short walk to the beach. Situated on 4 lots and minutes away from Eddycreek Marina and Dryden Bay. Our home offers plenty of parking for guests, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, outdoor griddle top grill for guest use, indoor/outdoor seating with plenty of space of space to spend time with your family and friends during the summer season or Holidays. During the summer season guests can enjoy swimming straight from the beach and can explore the lake in one of the kayaks provided for guest use. Guest with their own boats can anchor just off the beach for quick access to the house.

Wonderful place

We had a large family gathering over Thanksgiving here and this place was absolutely amazing for a group! Very very clean and everything was as described online! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home

The home was very nice however, the garage smelled horrible and that or something inside as well left the house smelling bad in the kitchen/dining/ living room area. Likely prevuous guests caused the odor. Also, the lifejackets had all been left out and laying around on ground, cleaning crew didnt seem to have straightened up outside. Owner responded quickly to messages and not much they could do about smell at that point. Overall it was a nice stay.

Family bonding

Great time with just chilling back with complete family. Swam, kayaked, fished, visited bison and elk and planetarium lazer show. We fit everyone in nicely. The game room and assortment of puzzles and games were well used. Note: bring extra toilet paper and paper towels.

Family vacation

We loved the location of the house, about everything is 20 minutes away which isn’t bad. The only thing that was kind of a bummer was the back bedroom off the bathroom, many times I would need something from our room but someone would be in the bathroom so I couldn’t access.

Good Stay, Some Issues

We had to knock down several large wasp nests on the porch/front of the house/lower part of the house. The first few hours we were there the deck was crawling with wasps. The house was clean and comfortable but the layout is a little wonky on the 1st floor with all of the bathrooms and bedrooms connecting. The access to the water was good, and they had chairs etc to use, but it is also located in a spot where several dead fish washed up and the water was pretty merky. When trying to remove a very large dead fish (3-4ft) it sunk in the swimming area, so our swimming was over from then on since the fish was decomposing.

Great Week

The property was very clean and well stocked. It was very spacious and was great for our large family. Everyone enjoyed all the games that were available to play, basketball, pool, ping pong, foosball, and PacMan. The Kayaks were in good shape and we got some use out of them. The view from the upper porch was great. We had an issue with the dishwasher, but they were very quick to respond and get the problem taken care of.

Relaxing get away for a large group

Very spacious home with plenty do do for the kids. Right on the lake. Beautiul scenery. All of us really enjoyed our time there.

Comfy Stay

The host is very gracious to work through any minor concerns. The property is set in a relaxing quiet area with plenty to see and do. The home is very well stocked with needed items. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing from the beach after a short nature walk down the hill.

Beautiful Quiet Getaway

My students and I stayed here while participating in a local competition. We all loved the peace and quiet we got here. Beautiful house with a scenic view. I recommend this for large groups.

Family meet up!

We did a holiday family meet up with 5 different family groups and had all ages 1-75 and everyone enjoyed this home! There was plenty of space, things for the kids to do, bedding/towels and cookware! It was the perfect place to host all 22 of us!

Great stay

The property was huge and was very clean. It had everything one would need. It had a kitchen with every appliance needed. Even a crockpot. My family and I enjoyed everything about the property inside and out. I would definitely recommend.

The house was great for the 12 of us. We were on a golf trip and the place was plenty big enough for us all to hang out together and have beds of our own.

You can tell me really enjoyed our stay here!

This property was amazing for a large family get away. We had children, adults and seniors. There was plenty of room for everyone. The large parking area was nice because we had several cars, but that was no problem. And there were so many beds to choose from and four bathrooms. Really made it convenient for a 5 night stay. One bedroom/ bathroom configuration is a little different in that you have to go through a bathroom to get to one of the bedrooms. But we figured it out who was best suited for those rooms. The house was immaculate!!!!! One of the cleanest I've ever stayed at. Beautiful, calming decorations. The firepit was fantastic (wood provided) and we were down there every night. My family loves to kayak and the short path to the water was easy to navigate. My granddaughter and I loved beachcombing. It was so quiet and relaxing to sit on one of the two outside patios/ balconies. My son was enthralled with the Blackstone grill and cooked almost every meal we ate on it even though the kitchen was nice and well equipped with a large pantry for all of our supplies. Not to mention the basement has it's own full kitchen and living room and game area. The ice machine was a plus!! And the games provided were enjoyed by all ages. We had pool tournaments and Pacman challenges and basketball practice going every day. The owners were great to get back with us when we had a couple of questions and we got each one resolved. We would definitely stay here again.

Great lake location

Our golf group this year felt this was one of the best experiences we've had for the past 14 years. There are three Kentucky State Park courses within 30-40 minutes of this property. Those were in excellent shape and staffed with awesome personnel. The house was exactly as advertised. Spacious with a large ice maker downstairs next to the kitchenette. We'll definitely be back for one of our get togethers.

Great secluded location with lots of space.

This was a great house for big families. The owners have just about everything you’ll need stocked. Even the little things normally forgotten. Lots of games and kayaks to keep the kids busy. Short and easy walk to the lakefront. Great outdoor fire pit for the adults. Firewood was even supplied (never had that before). Amanda was very quick to answer any questions! We had a blast and would definitely recommend this property.

Great Family Get-Away

We stayed with extended family and all ages enjoyed themselves. The house was clean, the owners were attentive, and there were plenty of indoor and outdoor activities for everyone.

Large family

We had a wonderful time at this property. There were 14 of us and we had plenty of space. Communication with the owner was top notch. The only down side was there is no dock, and the slope down to the water if very steep. But wonderful kayaking and swimming there. It is well stocked and lots of little things are provided. If you plan to do much cooking for the whole group, bring some bigger pots. But the black stone was a big hit. Definitely would recommend this one.....

After soaking up the sun with water sports, you can relax at the house on the covered deck or patio. We also provide plenty of games for your entertainment as well!

3600 square feet of indoor space will provide more than enough room for your family and friends! The 6 bedrooms will accommodate 10 adults and 10 kids comfortably. We do have a queen size air mattress to accommodate a couple (2) extra guests if need be. Maximum Occupancy is 22.
