180 FIRESTONE DRIVE, PALM DESERT. Beautiful Villa Located in the gated golf course community of Desert Falls County Club. Newly decorated three bedroom, two and a half bath with over 1800 square feet. This lower level condominium features a spacious living room with a fireplace and formal dining area, kitchen with a breakfast nook, large master suite with a walk in closet, shower, and oval tub. Cal King-size bed in the master Suite as well as the 2nd suite , Queen and twin beds in the third bedroom. The master suite has a 36' HDTV TV w/DVD, the family room has a 58' HDTV w/ Smart TV DVD, and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom w/twin beds have 42’ Smart HDTV's. 5G Wi-Fi for seamless streaming.

It is located within minutes of shopping, casino nightlife, El Paseo Drive, and the Riverwalk, complete with extraordinary dining, shopping and entertainment. With it's proximity to Palm Springs and other desert communities, you can find practically every activity imaginable to enjoy under the sun! The Country Club has a wonderful on-site restaurant, Tennis and a newly remodeled work out facility as well.

Note: A 12% Transient Occupancy Tax will be added to all stays under one month in length.

Great option for any desert visit

The condo is great; it's near the 10 and still close to restaurants and shops. It's in a great location, was well supplied, had comfortable beds, and an easy check-in/out process. We usually stay at the Marriott but will stay here again.

Returning visitors

Great location for the pool and easy access. Some updating would be nice but was what we wanted and expected. Manager(owner) was prompt to communicating with us when we had some travel disruptions and did a very good job of making our stay enjoyable.

Great time during Coachella Weekend 2

Had a great time at this vrbo. Great location in this gated community. Pool is right behind the house and easily accessible. Would stay again 100%.

Nice Property

Mary was a great and very accommodating host. She was quick and easy to reach by email and text messaging. Her home was clean, very close to the pool, and her driveway was large enough for four cars. The only downside is that her HOA is very strict, so you may want to double check with her about any potential issues before booking here. Don't be afraid to ask, Mary was nice enough to ask her HOA multiple questions for me.

Beautiful Area

Beautiful area, quiet, friendly staff, great pool area. Condo has everything you need, comfortable beds, lots of supplies (dishwasher soap, laundry soap, paper towels etc. to get you started) Would definitely recommend this Condo. Mary very accommodating and friendly. Thank you Mary for all you did for us!!!
