Hi Carol - we take before and after photos after all stays. We had to deep clean our carpets after your stay, it was clear things had been spilled on it. If you’re familiar with Desert Falls, the resort has rules and regulations and on top of all - an HOA. None of us can change the garage door style - that is how it is. All of our homes match on the outside. I understand there’s an upset because we had to show you the stains left on the carpet after your stay and how we had to get them professionally cleaned since they were simply not like that before. But other than that, we replaced any items immediately the next day like the ironing board. Our condo is brand new (hence all the 10/10 reviews around this one) and completely renovated two years ago with new paint, a brand new kitchen, new floors, new furniture and everything. We have a central location with privacy in between two pools, a fully equipped gym and outdoor sports that are quite standard across Palm Desert communities. But yes we had to replace our carpets as a result of the new stains left behind after your stay.
