Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 20th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit from the Living room and Master bedroom!! With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 50" 4K Smart TV in the master and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, surround sound in the Living room, plenty of dish/glass ware, toaster, blenders, regular coffee maker and a Keurig! There is a King bed in the Master, two queens in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The condo was very dirty. We all got black feet the first hour of check in and had to shower and run to store for cleaning supplies. Chains to the ceiling fans were caked in dust and the two cloth chairs had a funky smell to them. The dishwasher had to be replaced, Ice Machine fixed and light bulbs and batteries in remotes replaced. The owners were VERY quick to rectify these issues making this vacation amazing!! We didn't mind the cleaning but the cleaning crew needs to be talked to. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

3 star rating: no smart tvs, no space in showers for toiletries, lounge chairs broken on patio, dust on walls, keurig didn’t work and one bathroom sink stopped up. Condo needs a deep cleaning. No table and chair set at pool, only loungers which is not helpful for more elderly people.

Beautiful unobstructed beach view. Good sized patio roomy enough for 6 adults to be seated comfortably. Plenty of available parking for guests, even during the Annual Shrimp fest.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience! Beach area was amazing and never felt like it was a chore to get there (we were on the 20th floor)....never a wait on elevators and easy beach access. The view was amazing!!! We utilized the indoor pool and hot tub area when we had a cool couple of days, which was great. Our son used the gym every day. Walkable bars on both the beach and neighborhood. We absolutely loved it here.

Nice stay

The condo was nice and spacious. The owner made checking in and out easy. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip

The condo was not very clean. Dirty lights. Floor was covered with sand. Light bulb missing in bedroom ceiling. Lots of outlets did not work.

The condo itself was spacious and did the job for our family but by far the most dated condo we've stayed in in Gulf Shores. The living room and patio furniture left a lot to be desired, very dated and the living room would not accommodate10 guests. 2/3 bedrooms had sand in the beds so we did wash all the bedding. Also odd was only 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms was provided to get started. The building, pool, parking garage, and beach were great. Staff were friendly as well. Next time we come down we will probably look for a condo in Phoenix II on East Blvd, we had friends there this week as well and it was a drastic upgrade given the same weekly price.

Loved it! Hated being bothered about wristbands

Very nice place to stay, absolutely beautiful. IDidn’t like that you can hear everything & everyone around you, the beds were hard/uncomfortable, and god forbid you forget your wristband or even hold the elevator open for someone.

Wonderful Experience! Everything was perfect!

Kids loved both pools. Perfect for a 1 year old and the 4 and 6 yo. Condo was amazing, everything we needed was there. Great location and beautiful view!

Work Getaway

The condo was was perfect for our family. It was clean & beautiful with and awesome view from the 20th floor. We really enjoyed having the indoor pool and hot tubs to use! We look forward to coming back!

Peaceful Oasis

801 west beach blvd is the go to place when visiting Gulf Shores for families. Peaceful, relaxing, and a beautiful view. I believe any room ilar this location would more that satisfy any adult stay with kids. We personally like room 2002.

Beach front vacation

From booking to checking in/out, everything went smoothly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, flatware, and pans. Loved having both pod coffeemaker and regular brew pot.
