This condo was by far the best condo we have stayed in and we have stayed in several. Very spacious for 6 of us, beds were so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud and the ocean views were absolutely gorgeous! I didn’t want to leave

A very nice unit and we were impressed as to how up-to-date and clean it was. Everything needed for a great vacation stay. The master bedroom area was magnificent including the Jacuzzi, which was wonderful and the shower itself. The kitchen is very roomy and loaded with lots of utensils and cookware. The balcony was priceless. Lots of space to just relax and enjoy the ocean view. parking is perfect downstairs and easy access to get to the room itself. The people at the front desk were very helpful and courteous.

The Phoenix Gulf Shores is unmatched. I will also specifically try to stay at this property the next time I go due to the excellent communication from the owner.

Very nice condo and building. Condo was very clean, nicely furnished, and great layout with an attached bathroom to each bedroom. The waterslide was a big hit with our kids. My only complaint isn't with the condo itself, but with the 4:30 check-in. Check-ins keep getting moved later and later, while checkout time starts the same.

Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying at Phoenix Gulf Shores and our experience was just as wonderful as the last time. Accommodations are spacious and very clean. The ocean view is spectacular. Looking forward to staying there again next summer!

We had one small issue with the garage disposal and we contacted Michael, who had someone there within a couple of hours to replace the disposal. We will definitely rent this condo again! The location and beach were perfect!

Loved this condo! Would definitely stay here again! Pros: kitchen was well stocked, ice maker in fridge worked great, nice big storage closet for our sand chairs, updated decor, comfy beds, great views, quiet. Cons: patio furniture could have been better (would have been nice to have a sofa like some of the others), floor was dirty,

Condo was spectacular! Very clean. View was magnificent. Condo doesn’t supply any beach supplies. Would suggest condo supply some items - i.e. beach blanket, tent, chairs, some beach toys for kids. Building and pool area were nice options to beach.

The condo was beautiful and very spacious! The view was perfect. It was easy to get checked in, parking was good, and always carts available. My only recommendation is that it’s time for a new mattress in the master bedroom. At least when you can’t sleep because of the mattress, the view of the moon on the water while you lay there was breathtaking!

Everything was great. My stay included multi generations and there was plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing or for everyone to gather together.

Adventure in Paradise

Beautiful setting and unit, spacious and comfortable. Great beach, good location. Parking wasn't an issue. Excellent response from the manager (owner?). We had a wonderful time.

Spring Break Beach Vacation

Property is as listed, great location with beautiful view of the ocean. Spacious with lots of room for a family of 5 with 2 teenage boys. Plenty of activities on the property and near by to keep the kids entertained. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean. Definitely recommend bringing the essentials, paper towels, toilet paper, spices, cooking oil, ect...
