As a group of 6 friends/ teammates of a tennis team we had a fantastic long weekend. The house offers all you need: from enough good kitchen knives to an amazing outdoor kitchen/seating area and pool and tennis court. Contact with Thomas is excellent: he’s very kind, helpful and always available. Will definitely come again!

Fantastic stay

This property is fantastic, but what is more fantastic is the host - Thomas. I can't describe his enthusiasm and his service level. We can easily book this magnificent Villa again :-)

Great Stay!!

We had a wonderful family stay as a family of 6 including 1 grandparent and 3 young kids. The pool was ideal with the hot temps and the tennis court was a fantastic bonus (we also rented the ball machine). Thomas was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. Thank you!! Tho

Beautiful villa with stunning views!

Beautiful villa in a stunning location. A short drive away from local shops and restaurants. We enjoyed some great quality family time in a very comfortable home. Well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kids (and adults) loved the pool. Great seating areas outside to relax in the evenings. BBQ and outside cooking area if that’s your thing. Effective air conditioning, satellite TV including Netflix. Extremely clean and spacious inside. Thomas our host couldn’t have been more helpful. Great communication and really focused on making sure his guests have everything they need. Thank you Thomas! We would highly recommend this villa and wouldn’t think twice about booking another stay here.

Altea holiday

Inside villa was very nice and generally well equipped. Fourth bedroom not suitable for young children as not connected to main house. Outside very disappointing as tiles on floor not suitable for pool area as very slippery and dangerous (18 month grandson slipped and banged his head after just ten minutes). Also several broken floor tiles which were dangerous. Unable to access pool area from outside so pool cleaner had to go through lounge each time. Area generally quiet but essential have car as no shops, bars etc within walking distance. Overall a good holiday but room for improvement

We are really sorry to hear from your little child and hope he is doing well now. We take our guests’ feedback seriously. As you might have recognized we are currently in the process of renewing the whole terrace so it will be not slippery anymore and all the tiles will be completely new. Unfortunately, you were one of the last guests where parts of the old terrace especially around the pool exist since renewing will be finalized by end of this year. As mentioned in the description the villa is in a typical Spanish “urbanization” in the “Sierra” (Residential area on the hillside) where you have a golf course nearby and a nice see view but next shops are best to reach by car (approx. 5 min drive to small supermarket and bakery, some restaurants etc., 10 min drive to large supermarkets, bars and touristic shops in Altea down town). This is why we always recommend to rent a car and by the way, a car is the best way to explore the various beaches and nice spots in the area. We hope you nevertheless had a nice stay and enjoyed the villa. Best regards Tina & Tiffany

No Luxus

overall dissatisfied. The house and the description do not match. In many places it is simply too old and too shabby. It only has two bathrooms and a guest toilet. A room outside the house, in a room measuring 1.65 x 3.75 is not a luxury bedroom. To get to the bathroom, guests have to go through another bedroom. A very simple and poor solution and not a luxury. It's ok for six people. The service on site is friendly and helpful.

Zunächst einmal: Thomas hat unseren Aufenthalt super betreut, dafür noch einmal vielen Dank! Er war sehr aufmerksam und hat sich immer schnell und toll gekümmert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt.Die Villa an sich ist sehr schön, allerdings definitiv sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung der Bäder sowie an einigen Stellen Reparaturen/Schönheitspflege gebrauchen (abgeblätterte, rostige Stellen, dauerhafte Beläge in Duschen und Toiletten etc.). Das sorgt für einen schmuddeligen Eindruck, auch wenn es an sich sauber ist. Auch die Küche, die eigentlich wirklich super ausgestattet ist, hat leider ein paar müffelnde Unterschränke, die sich definitiv nicht nach „Luxus“ anfühlen. Für manche vielleicht wichtig: die Klimaanlagen funktionieren sehr gut, sind aber ziemlich laut. Und hat das nicht gestört, aber wer zum Schlafen absolute Ruhe braucht, wird sie nicht nutzen können. Der größte Pluspunkt: Die Outdoorküche und der Pool sind fantastisch! Und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Sehr schönes Haus

Schönes großes Haus vollständig ausgestattet, outdoor Möbel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haus ist gut ausreichend für 6 Personen, wir waren teilweise zu acht, da wird es schon eng mit den Schlafplätzen, weil das Stockbett außerhalb des Hauses liegt. Betreuung durch Thomas war sensationell gut

Traumurlaub

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, mit einer Gruppe von acht Personen eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Finca in Altea zu verbringen. Das Anwesen hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen! Der eigene Tennisplatz und der herrliche Pool waren absolute Highlights und haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Die Finca selbst ist äußerst geräumig und bietet genug Platz für alle. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und wir haben es genossen, gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen. Die Lage in Altea ist traumhaft, mit wunderschöner Umgebung und viel Ruhe. Wir konnten uns wunderbar entspannen und gleichzeitig aktiv bleiben. Die Nähe zum Ort und zu verschiedenen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten war ideal. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Finca nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Ein perfekter Ort für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub mit Freunden!

Fantastisch huis met prachtige tuin.

Heerlijk verblijf met fijne terrassen rondom het huis. Goed gevulde keukenkasten (veel servies, alleen de bakpannen zijn aan vervanging toe.) De tennisbaan was een fijn extra en daar is veel gebruik van gemaakt, al zijn er enkele plekken die nodig reparatie behoeven.

Très jolie propriété ,le cours de tennis et la piscine sont parfaits pour occuper des jeunes adolescents . l emplacement est excellent pour visiter la Costa Blanca . un grand merci à Thomas, le gérant de la location pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité . Fantastisch, schoon, bijzonder gastvrij en exact als omschreven op de website. Een echte aanrader!

Een geweldige week gehad in deze prachtige villa. Alles voldeed ruimschoots aan de verwachtingen en een bijzonder gastvrije Thomas die werkelijk voor alles een prima oplossing had en iedere dag voor ons klaar stond. Wij gaan zeker terug naar deze villa met tennisbaan, zwembad en prachtig uitzicht. Echt in tijden niet zo'n heerlijke vakantie gehad. Grote complimenten voor Thomas die overal en altijd voor ons klaar stond en grote complimenten voor de eigenaar die dit aan ons heeft verhuurd. Een echte TOPPER!

Empfehlenswert

Haus und Anlage waren sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit einem Abfluss, das wurde aber sofort am gleichen Abend von einem Handwerker repariert! Top Engagement… Super freundliche Begrüßung durch die Verwalterin, Check In und Check Out waren zeitlich flexibel möglich! Alles in allem war der Urlaub so wie wir uns das erwartet haben!

Perfekter Urlaub in einer tollen Umgebung

Wir haben drei wirlich tolle Wochen in der Villa verbracht und uns sehr gut erholt. Wo soll ich anfangen? Das Haus ist sauber, schön hell eingerichtet und perfekt auch für eine große Familie ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlangen helfen, die Nacht-Temperaturen von 26 Grad draußen zu halten. Der Pool ist groß genug auch für "Viel-Plantscher" und wird wöchentlich gereinigt. Die Aussicht auf Berge (Bernia) und das Meer (Bucht von Altea / Albir und den Penon de Ifach in Calpe) sind atemberaubend und ein Genuß. Es sind mehrere einlandende Rückzugsecken da. Für uns war das Highlight die Aussenküche mit Sitzecke, Grill und Kochfeld, wo wir uns viel aufgehalten haben. Der Garten ist gepflegt und wir immer begutachtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß, die Betten sind bequem. Allerdings, wichtig für Familien mit kleinen Kindern: Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Etagenbett ist nur separat über eine Terasse von Außen zu erreichen. Für kleine Kinder, die Nachts vielleicht doch mal Betreuung benötigen, leider nicht geeignet. War für uns nicht tragisch, da wir auch genug größere Kinder dabeihatten ;-) Der Tennisplatz lädt ein, mal eben ohne großen Aufwand eine Stunde zu spielen. Perfekt. Allerdings: Wenn Ball weg, dann weg :-) Der Garten und die Terassen sind nicht einsehbar und man hat wirklich seine Ruhe - klasse! Es ist sehr leise, die durchs Tal führende Autobahn hört man nicht. Auch alle Nachbarn sind leise oder nicht da. Altea ist eine sehr hübsche Stadt mit einer lebendigen Altstadt und wirklich sehr vielen sehr guten Restaurants um einen Kirchplatz herum. Wir waren überrascht. Ich kenne die Costa Blanca und deren Orte (Denia, Moraira, Calpe und nun auch Altea) seit über 30 Jahren, aber Altea ist wirklich am schönsten und die gebotene Qualität echt hoch. Für uns klasse: Trotz Hochsaison waren die Strände in Altea fast leer - Allerdings teilweise Kies. Aber bevor ich zu einem völlig überfüllten Sandstrand nach Calpe fahre, nehme ich lieber den leeren mit ein paar Steinen. Das Property Management wird von Tiffany wirklich perfekt organisiert. Sie ist super nett, kompetent und freundlich, reagiert sehr schnell auf kleine und große Anfragen. Wir haben uns drei Wochen lang sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Vielen Dank, Tiffany. Also, für uns war es ein toller und entspannter Urlaub in einem schönen und großen Haus mit einer perfekten Betreuung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect villa for relaxing

We travelled with a group of friends and had a very enjoyable time. Tiffanny made the check-in and check-out very easy and was welcoming. The villa has everything one needs, there is so much space for relaxing and the tennis court is a great addition!
