Great stay

My family and I stayed here for spring break. House was immaculate, back yard was a private resort with clean pool, hot tub, functional fire table. We saw a rocket launch from the hot tub! House was quiet with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Spring Break trip

Great stay! House was clean, well stocked and looked just like the listing. Backyard was great, loved pool, hot tub and outdoor tv area. Good location close to beach, stores and restaurants, many within walking distance. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay.

This property was very clean and relaxing. The size was perfect for our group, close to the beach and our new favorite 4th street filling station! 10/10 would recommend. Plus you can’t beat that backyard.

BACKYARD OASIS

There were 8 of us total and the accommodations couldn't have better. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and relax. 7 minute walk to the beach. the pool was heated and the hot tub was relaxing. We would definitely do it again.

Gorgeous house, prime location l, great amenities

Just recently stayed here for my friends Destination Bachlorette. There were 4 of us traveling from central NY, we each got our own bedrooms and space. The house smelled amazing upon arrival, very clean. The Hot tub and Pool were both amazing, everything is prime located and took no more than 20 mins to walk to basically wherever you wanted, beach, shops, restaurants, if walking was your choice obviously.

Great experience!

This house is amazing! It’s in a great location that is close to the beach, but the pool area is so nice it’s hard to tear yourself away. I had a couple of questions for the hosts and always received a prompt and helpful reply. The hosts have truly thought of everything you may need and made it available for guests. This is by far the best house we’ve ever rented and can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful place to relax

We really enjoyed relaxing here with the amazing back yard. We were in the middle of town but you wouldnt know it walking out the back door. The pool was clean and really nice all day long. The rooms are setup nice and the kitchen set up was great has everything you would need. Beach items also to use big beach towels and beach chairs stored in the laundry area. AC works great for sleeping cool. The night lights in the back yard are really nice as well.

Thunder on Cocoa Beach offshore boat races

This home is fantastic. It is close to the beach, clean, modern, has a terrific pool/backyard, and is near many fun local businesses and restaurants. The attention to detail is amazing. There were plenty of towels as well as amenities. The bathroom face towels were even rolled up to look like sea shells. This home is perfect for walking to dinner, or having a bbq in the backyard. We will definitelybe back.

Family vaca to the beach.

The posting does not do this home justice. Absolutely loved our stay. It is completely stocked with everything you need from beach umbrellas to dish soap. In the listing they don’t even mention that they have a bbq on the pool deck and it’s a WEBER! The pool and hot tub are clean, warm and inviting. I had some questions for the owners and their replies were quick and very helpful! If you book here you will not be disappointed. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach with a couple nice restaurants close by. We had a great time! :)

The owner provided everything needed to enhance our stay, with thoughtful details in every aspect of the home. Bedrooms were inviting and the beds were very comfortable. Communication was excellent. Home was very clean and relaxing. Was a wonderful vacation for our family! Thank you so much!

Amazing place to stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay in Cocoa Beach! The house was clean and inviting and the pool hot tub area was AMAZING! The walk to the beach was nice and close, also that area of the beach was pretty quiet! Hosts were wonderful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We made great memories with our daughters, love love love! Thank you for sharing your place with us

House was easy to access, in a great location and very comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 1 child. Everything you could need or want was in walking distance or a short drive. Would stay again if in the area.

Wendy grew up on Merritt Island and spent all her free time on the beach in Cocoa Beach. After she grew up and moved away, she and her husband Steve and their dear friends Kim and Bryan brought their 6 children to the area for many beach vacations, trips to Disney and the Port Canaveral with the opportunity to see some space launches. With the purchase of Casa al Mare, the two families have realized a dream of having a 2nd home that can be shared with our family, friends and VRBO family. Our home is a slice of heaven with the beautiful pool, hot tub and updated features in the home only a few blocks from the beach. There is a door alarm on each of the French doors which open up to the pool area, to alert adults that someone is walking out to the pool. Casa al Mare has boogie boards, noodles, several beach chairs, pool towels, a cooler, and a beach cart to get everything to the sand. We hope you enjoy Casa al Mare as much as we have!
