This gated and secured ocean front home is nestled in and very private...located between Cocoa Beach Pier and Port Canaveral, both in walking distance. This property is near Ron Jon Surf Shop and Cocoa Beach Village which has lots of shops, music, and great places to eat. The Port offers helicopter rides, day and night casino cruises, Parasailing, lots of shopping and several restaurants. Rocket launches are beautiful from our beachfront…make sure to check the schedule when visiting. Our home is very clean and has been nicely renovated. We have a full kitchen with large dining table, Media/family room, and Sun room with large triple doors leading to Outdoor Entertaining Area with Grill and walkway to Beach. We provide our guests with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and boogie boards. We work hard to ensure our guests have a great time and an enjoyable vacation! If you are looking for a private Spa experience we are offering Cabana Massage Packages “exclusive to our guests” who can book prior to their stay. Our home is one of the few privately owned ocean front properties on Cocoa Beach and has been loved by all who have visited...we have for 5 years maintained a solid 5 Star Rating…our end of the day goal is to ensure that everyone has a great vacation and would love to come back and visit again!

Beautiful hidden gem!

This cozy cottage is in a perfectly quiet area on the north end of Cocoa Beach and so close to everything! Walking out the back gate to the beach was so easy and such a treat to hear the waves from the backyard. The home was immaculately clean, had very comfortable furniture and beds, well stocked kitchen, streaming TVs, and a great shower. The host, Lynn, was quick to respond and gave tips on where to eat and when launches were happening from Kennedy Space Station....I got to see one the first night and it was very cool! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Mulvaine Beach House!

Nice getaway!

Tried to catch the Crew9 launch from this great spot. The launch got scrubbed due to approaching Helene hurricane but the house was a cozy refuge and the host was the best!

Terrific Escape

This was our second stay at the Mulvaine Cottage. It does not disappoint!! The cottage provides a sense of comfort and coziness. Creates the feeling of a true beach vacation from its charming decor and amenities. The location of the property is perfect for walking activities. The home owners, Lynn and Dave are amazing!! They are very friendly and helpful!! Lynn contacted us several times during our stay to see how our stay was going and also to keep us informed of activities going on in the area. They want to ensure their guests are happy and enjoying themselves. We love this property. Very quiet and relaxing!! So hard to leave!!

Nice Place and Great Location

Super short walk to the beach over a small dune. Easy even with young kids. It’s the first place we’ve stayed in Florida with a fenced in backyard!

Awesome location, great place!

Property was exactly as described. Right on the beach, great location, clean, all the amenities expected. Communication with the property was great. Watched a launch on the beach, perfect. I do have one complaint. I wish we could have stayed longer. We had such a great time we hated going home!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

A work conference brought us to Orlando in August and we decided to extend our stay but closer to the beach. We had an utterly fabulous time staying at the Mulvaine beach cottage! The cottage exceeded our expectations for proximity to the beach - it really IS a short walk over the dunes to the large flat, easily walkable beach. The water was GREAT! We did an easy 3+ miles each morning after enjoying our morning coffee on the patio under the retractable umbrella. The shade the umbrella offered allowed us to stay outside longer. The home is sweetly decorated, has a charming warm and cozy feel. Plenty of space to sit and read, listen to music or nap. Nap were important for us since a beach day can be a good workout! We appreciated the spacious rooms, kitchen had many utensils and adorable homemade coffee cups with Mulvaine Cottage on them. So Cute! The cottage is PERFECTLY situated closely to beach bike rentals, RonJon’s surf shop, Publix for groceries and much more. It is carefully tucked away on a side street that was quiet but SO close to anything you might need. Papa Vito’s was a great take out pizza place. Lynn & Dave tipped us off that a rocket was scheduled to launch and it did. We were lucky enough to see it! It was hard to leave Mulvaine and we would absolutely stay here again. I’ve already shared this great VRBO with two of my coworkers. Thank you Lynn & Dave!!

Cute property right on beach

We love Cocoa Beach and our family goes every year. This location was right on the beach and the house is adorable. The host is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

My family of four spent our spring break at this home. It is located in a beatiful and quiet section of the shore, but within walking distance to everthing. The home is extremely clean and comfortable. The best part was the private path and easy walk to the beach. 5 stars!

A true beach cottage!

This quaint home is tucked away in a lovely area of Cocoa Beach. You have your own private walkway to the beach and plenty of parking. This sweet cottage had everything that my husband and I needed. Lynn was a great hostess.. she answered calls and texts quickly and was able to accomodate us for an early check in. Beautiful view of Cape Canaveral if you are lucky enough to stay there when there is a launch (AND WE WERE)! All and all a great stay at the Mulvaine Beach house.. we would definitely come back!

Perfect Place To Stay On Cocoa Beach

My wife and I had a wonderful visit for our 6 night stay. Check in process was super simple and the property was very clean. You can't ask for a better location to be on Cocoa Beach. You have your own walkway to the beach and are within walking distance of the pier. If you are looking to stay on Cocoa Beach look no further than The Mulvaine Beach Front Cottage!

Just a fantastic stay from start to finish. Great location, property as described and Lynn was just amazing to communicate with handling everything from restaurant recommendations to having trash bags delivered when we ran out. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great Week

This was the second time visiting Cocoa Beach (and this property), and we had a great time! The weather was a little cool and windy, but it was vacation so I cannot complain at all! The property owners are great! They communicate and are always available to answer questions. We would love to visit again!

Great beach getaway

This was a perfect location for our family of 4. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We cooked most nights and appreciated the well-equipped kitchen (even a sharp chef's knife!).

Gem on the beach

My family and I stayed for our spring break and thoroughly enjoyed the property. My kids loved the sand toys and body boards that we would not have been able to bring along on plane with us:) These made beach time so enjoyable. The location of the cottage is perfect for walking to activities, wine tasting and dinner! My whole family said whenever we come back we would not choose to stay anywhere else. Quaint and quiet

Cozy little beach house tucked into a private setting. Very clean and comfy, kitchen well stocked with the tools needed to prepare your own meals. Plenty of towels and nice linens. Lynn was very helpful and easy to contact.

A gem - wish we could've stayed longer!

Great communication. So glad we were able to book on such short notice! Loved the location and close proximity to a ton of fun activities. Only negative is we wish it had been warmer!
