Property was well maintained and very clean. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Lots of amenities were provided. There is an ocean view, but is limited due to the condo being located on second floor. If we go back to Cocoa Beach, we will try to stay there again.

Fantastic condo, spacious, clean, close to beach, pool, all the spots locally. Great amenities kitchen is stocked porch view of the water and the birds are beautiful singers. Quiet close to bars and restaurants pool is deep and private Felt secure and safe

Great condo! The host has so many thoughtful things - coffee pods, laundry pods, straws, all kinds of things we all forget or don’t think about until we need it. Wonderful location, close to everything, including the beach! Super quiet area, the balcony is nice and you can see the ocean from it!

What a wonderful place to enjoy our family vacation. The condo was so well stocked and had everything we needed. Condo was super clean and has nice furniture, bedding, and towels. Would definitely stay again. Close to beach and pool is a great option!
