Beautiful spacious house in an excellent location. Not many other houses are as close to Main Street as this one. We loved our stay and will for sure be back.

We loved the house- the location and size was prefect. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed staying here. It is close to town, large enough to fit our family, historical but still has modern accommodations, and has some wonderful time piece items throughout the house. It was clean when we arrived and had plenty of cookware and dishes for us. We had one issue during our stay and the maintenance team responded right away. It was a good experience for us.

We had a wonderful stay in lake placid! The house was gorgeous and within walking distance to everything we needed. It was the perfect location for our annual reunion and comfortable fit all of us. The host was responsive and even came to help us with a tripped fuse at 10pm on a Friday night. Would happily stay here again!

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. We needed another set of sheets and I emailed the owner. He responded immediately and a property manager was at our door in fifteen minutes. You absolutely get what you pay for. This property was stunning and we would recommend it to everyone

Absolutely loved the charm, old times feel here at the Adirondack house. We learned about the history of the home and loved all of the touches to keep it feeling like we were stepping back in time. Communication was fantastic, location excellent and just a lovely stay. We would absolutely rent again when we visit

This property is amazing. The home has been restored, but they left all of the amazing details of the original design. And the welcome book gives you a history of the home which we all loved reading about. We stayed here for my daughter's wedding. The house was very comfortable for my family as well as friends and relatives. We had a gathering at the house and the kitchen and living area were so comfortable and accommodating for our guests. Everyone enjoyed the game area downstairs. The property is also conveniently located right near Main Street and the lake. We did not need to drive anywhere except for the grocery. I only wish we had more time to enjoy Lake Placid. We will definitely be back. The hosts were amazing with any questions we had and gave us a quick response. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

Spacious, sparkling clean, comfortable beds and furnishings, big kitchen and dining space, everything we needed for a fun family vacation! Few minute walk to town, hosts were warm and informative. House is gorgeous! Would definitely stay agai!

Magical family vacation. The house and location were spectacular. The rooms were very clean with cozy beds. Our large family all felt very comfortable and especially enjoyed everyone having their own bathroom. We’d go back!

Highly Recommend!!!

Perfect location!! This is our third trip to Lake Placid and by far the best house we have stayed in yet! The owners were extremely helpful when a situation came about and we needed to stay the extra day. Highly recommended staying here, I know we will def be back.

What a rental! It was a perfect location. It felt like home and nicely appointed.Our host was accommodating and easy to communicate with.We were a party of 10. Not only was there sufficient sleeping space but there was space for us to be together at the dining table and in the living room. There was also enough space for us to separate from the group and be comfotable. The kitchen accommodated the prep and cooking of all meals.It truly fit our needs and more. Many thanks to our host.

Great House

The house was great for our family, lots of space, beautiful detail and in a very convenient location to town. The kitchen was amazing with top of the line appliances and every amenity you would want on vacation. There was a nice big yard and parking was awesome to accommodate our family.

Great historical property in a great location

Beautiful home in a great location within walking distance to Main Street. Great living space to accommodate a large group with great outdoor options to enjoy the great views. Owners made the process extremely easy and were very helpful and easy to communicate with during the stay. Highly recommend.
