This 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2-story condo offers the best of the Adirondacks and Lake Placid with easy access to hiking, skiing and other outdoor activities and a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Enjoy relaxing on the deck with a beautiful view of the High Peaks and Mirror Lake in summer or in front of a roaring fire in the 2-story living room in winter. The condo is beautifully furnished in Adirondack style with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor gas grill, in-unit laundry. With brand new mattresses there are 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen size bed and its own bathroom. There is one bedroom downstairs on the same level with the living and dining room and kitchen; this bedroom has twin beds and full bath next to it. 3 remodeled bathrooms with new fixtures, heated floors and granite counters. The kitchen has been remodeled with all new appliances. Rental includes free access to 2 indoor & 2 outdoor pools, a fitness center and waterfront with use of kayaks, paddle boards and rowboats, all free next door at High Peaks Resort.

Beautiful home, great views, lots of activities and wonderful town.Our only issue was with the fees charged, exclusive of the 16% tax, being almost 25%.Other than that we plan on returning in the future.

Wonderful stay in the High Peaks

The property was just as described with beautiful views and all the amenities one would need for a lovely vacation. The pool access was an added delight especially for our 7 year old grand daughter

Winter weekend at Lake Placid

Absolutely beautiful views and a location you can not match. When it’s just my wife and I we tend to stay at the Mirror Lake Inn. We always pass this location on our way and admired its setting and style. Always thought it would be a great choice with our family and it was perfect. Look forward to booking in the future.

Fantastic property and great location

We have been to lake placid several times and this was the first time we went with a rental rather than a hotel, best decision! This home was located right where we wanted to be, a few steps to the main strip but since it’s north of all the shops it’s still quiet to let you relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The property had all the amenities and then some, very clean, well organized and beautiful views! Can’t wait to go back again next year!

Perfect location!

This townhouse is lovely and clean. Just the right size for our group of 6 and had everything we needed for a short 3 night stay. I especially loved the location-such a short walk to town! There is a nice deck off the back of the house and the view of the lake is lovely. Easy check-in and out. Loved having access to the outdoor pool by the Lake! I would stay in this same rental again when in Lake Placid.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. We go to Lake Placid every year and the location of this home was perfect. Having the amenities from the high peaks resort available was also a huge plus! My only complaint is that the beds were all uncomfortable and could use updated bedding. Other than that, I would highly recommend this for its location and the amenities, and the views were outstanding.

Lovely place during a very cold weekend

We came for a three-day ski weekend but record-setting cold kept us off the slopes until our last day. The living room was comfortable and well-appointed for puzzles and games. The swimming pool saved us! Our granddaughters (8 & 5) loved it. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bedrooms were comfortable.

great location

Unit as pictured, great location walkable to Main Street and a beautiful view of Mirror Lake and mountains behind it from living room. Updated en-suite bathrooms, beds were just ok. Some unnecessary stress also created with parking in advance of arrival due to inaccurate information provided by rental office. Kitchen adequate for our needs. Despite minor issues we (two married couples) really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again..

In town Lake Placid

Perfect in-town location. Condo in very nice condition - clean, uncluttered, lots of room yet feels very cozy, great view of Mirror Lake and Main Street. Will definitely rent again. Only complaint is bedding. Mattresses are old and not very comfortable. Two upstairs rooms have queens, would be nice to have one as a king. But this will not stop us from returning!

Location was great! Layout of condo was good. Living room furniture was sagging and uncomfortable. Kept finding ants and moths. Matress in master bedroom was so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep together. Polyester sheets stuck to pajamas. Pillows were old and oily. I bought new pillows and cases, oxyclean to wash the sheets and blanket. Large spots of mold in the shower that we had to spray. Kitchen sink had brown ring around the drain which I cleaned with cleanser.

Wonderful location, great experience but somewhat dated

We had a great time. Location is perfect, in proximity to everything. Access to High Peaks pools and amenities was wonderful and perfect for our little kids. Check in was easy, hosts were great. Only minor complaint are the furnishings and attention to detail in the unit itself. Everything pretty dated. Couches and beds, bedding, etc. not the most comfortable. Could use a minor makeover. Grill was filthy, we found expired medication in a cabinet, kitchenware and other items were sparse and low quality. It’s a lovely place just needs a little TLC and some new furnishings.

Long Ski Weekend with a Toddler.

This is a great property in a great location. Very convenient to walk to Main Street (did a couple times each day) and easy drive to Whiteface. About a 15 min drive. Decided to take our toddler to start learning to ski. Property was great for a 2 year old with his 17 sister and 15 brother. Able to get to the mountain easy by 8, ski a bit with the little guy, take him home for nap while the teens skied. Running back to pick them up did not feel at all like a chore. Want to come back to see lake placid in the fall, and summer! Lake placid ski and board on Main Street is also a very easy walk to rent skis for the little guy. They were very good with him. Easy walk to the olympic museum a few hundred feet beyond that. Thanks. Really enjoyed it.

The condo was everything we could ask for in a vacation place. Clean and amazing views, close to town and area activities. Amenities were plenty and the entire stay was wonderful.

Amazing stay!!!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay. The condo was beautiful and clean and the location was fantastic!!! A short walk to town and the lake. The children also enjoyed the swimming pool at the hotel which came with the rental. What a nice treat!! The view is breathtaking and we hope to come back next year!!!

Perfect spot in Placid

We had the most perfect stay at the condo in Lake Placid. It was such a great location, we could walk into town or across the street for the lake front access at High Peaks Resort. The condo itself was amazing. Updated bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and super clean. Only complaint was that the master bedroom mattress and bedding could use an update. Other than that, it was a great 5 days at the condo, we are already looking for dates to come back next summer.

Great location

Spacious comfortable townhome with beautiful views right on mirror lake dr. Easy walk to downtown. Full use of equipment and facilities at high peaks resort. Would definitely stay here again
