A good budget option

Every need is accounted for — I especially appreciated the kitchen, which had pots and pans, a gas stove, and a brand new dish washer. The space was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for being situated on a busy road.

Small, clean apartment

Property manager was really kind. He was there when I arrived and assured me I can call him for any issues. My problem was the location (I should have paid more attention to the listing) and the noise level of guests in the other apartments. I could hear exactly what the neighbors were watching well past 10:00 at night. Also, people were in and out the front door all night and you could hear it every time. So loud I got little sleep. The place was clean and small and the owner kindly accepted my dog at the last minute. I just couldn’t get past the noise.

Great communication

The owner was really kind, easy to get ahold of, informative, and helpful. This worked perfectly for us because we planned to be busy and only stay in the room at night. The place was small, but that was expected and perfect for what we needed. The couch was a bit hard, but it folds into a bed and then the mattress in the closet fits perfectly on top of it and it was a reasonable bed for the 3rd person. All-in-all I would stay again!

Home away from home

Husband and I stayed over a week in this lovely apartment. Super clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Shahid’s communication was impeccable. Such a fast and timely manner. We recommend this place for your next stay!

Born and raised in Sacramento, California. I studied abroad in the U.K. college and undergraduate. Came back home and obtained my MBA while starting my career. I work for a great organization. But working was not enough, I decided to follow my father's footsteps and get into the real estate business where I found my life's passion. I love, history, architecture and dream of travelling and owning properties all across the USA as well as internationally. I do what I love every day. I am a father of 3 and happily married for over 18 years.
