Great stay in the perfect location. Clean and easy with a kind and communicative host. Would stay here again if I'm in the Sacramento area.

This little house has everything to people could need for our week stay. The place was clean. Neighborhood was quiet and the owner was quick to respond when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Repeat visitor!

We loved it so much the first time, we had to stay again! You can check out my previous descriptive review, but basically the house is flawless and we don’t want to stay anywhere else when in town!

Lovely little place for one or two people. Very clean. Quiet location with all the amenities needed. The bed is very comfortable. Laundry room is shared with guests in the main house, with an entrance just to the side of the front porch but we had no problem doing our laundry when we needed. The thermostat is controlled by the host remotely, but when we requested a lower temp through chat we got it right away. Parking was no problem. We would definitely recommend this cute place to stay.

Exceptional in all ways

Great communication with the host prior to and during our stay; all needs anticipated and met; beautiful place; comfortable furniture; fantastic location. This space had it all and was perfect for me and my friend. Thank you to our hosts! We look forward to our next visit.

Clean and efficient studio. I enjoyed the well appointed kitchenette to make all my meals fresh. I also appreciated the covered porch and yard access too with patio furniture. There is no on-property parking for the unit, but I didn’t have any issue with side street parking right by the entry in my two and a half week stay. The garden gate latch was broken when I arrived and the owner had it fixed promptly. The thermostat is in the other unit at the front f the house, but when the AC seemed a bit too chill I ran the space heater provided for a bit and was fine. The owner does respond promptly to any requests or needs. The property is a close 5 minute drive to UC Davis medical center. Cancer sucks but having a safe clean place to stay for treatment was really appreciated. My littlest dog accompanied me and I am thankful that I was able to have him with me.

We live locally and needed a place to stay while having work done on our home. The location was perfect, convenient to freeways and UC Davis. The suite was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.I work from home and found the space light, bright, and conducive to productivity. The kitchen table made a great work spot, The suite was efficiently laid out and well-stocked with everything we needed. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, which is always important to me, and the bathroom was a nice size, again, spotless, with a great shower.There were thoughtful touches, snacks, toiletries, and basic kitchen supplies that made it feel welcoming and easy to settle in. The space was quiet, and having on-site laundry was a big plus.Michael was incredibly responsive to any questions and went out of his way to help when we realized we needed to extend our stay by another night. I highly recommend this cozy, comfortable spot to anyone visiting Sacramento, or locals in need of a home away from home.Thank you MichaelColleen
