One Of A Kind Historic Loft In <3 of BHM
Start your next adventure in our plush historic loft, and experience a life changing stay where you will be greeted with amazing views of our city. This loft offers all the historic charm with beautiful original wood floors, exposed brick, and the perfect mix of designer inspired decor. This is the spot you want to stay for all your visits to the Magic City! We are centrally located downtown just a short walk to several award-winning restaurants, parks, stadiums, grocery, and nightlife.
This loft offers the charm of an early 1900's building with exposed brick and beautifully restored original hardwood floors. We took over 18 months to professionally remodel the entire building and have it elegantly designed to be an experience for each guest.
Each bedroom has its own designated desk for all your work needs. We do provide a futon in the living room that can sleep an additional guest. Luxury linens and down comforters with high thread count duvets that are changed between every guest. There's the nightly rate for 1 guest and each guest after is $10/per night.
Bathrooms have been completely redone for the most delightful aesthetic. The kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, dishwasher, stainless steel sink, refrigerator, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker is provided with a variety of k-cups, cream, and sugar.
There's free WiFi! A washer and dryer are available in the loft for your convenience with detergent. If you forget your toiletries at home, don't worry! We supply mini shampoo and conditioner. Multi-streaming smart tvs, loft style bedrooms with high-quality queen mattresses and easy-to-access closet.
Access to the entire loft, no shared living space. No keys to lose or to return. This property provides secure, keyless entry with Smart lock. You can unlock the door with your personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. The door immediately locks once closed shut. You can access the loft any time after 3pm, which is check-in time, by using the Smart Lock.
We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
Please be careful when staying with younger children. There are stairs inside the unit. However, there is a door/barrier between the unit and the stairs, for the safety of your children. No events without expressed permission in advance. The outside patio provides a beautiful view, but is not meant for parties.
We know how much you love your furry pets, so we wanted to make our unit accessible to you. They must always be on a leash outside your unit, throw waste into the trash bin outside and not inside your unit (tie it up in a bag), must be potty trained, no loud barking, flea or tick free, must stay in kennel when you leave the unit, and not allowed on the couch or guest bed. The fee for each pet is $60.
We pride ourselves for having an impeccable reputation for offering an upscale experience and have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use sensors in our building to detect the noise level and number of guest inside the unit. The number of people inside the loft may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. We hope to keep a very accommodating experience for all our guests, but if removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Thank you for respecting the community and our commitment to being a great neighbor.
House Rules:
-No Parties or large gatherings. (Exterior of Building has Security Cameras, Noise Sensor inside)
-No smoking or illegal drug use allowed in the unit or on the balcony, $1.000.00 fine.
-Quiet hours 10pm-7am. Respect your neighbors next door.
-No visitors allowed. Registered Guests can only occupy the unit.
-Please do not rearrange the furniture.
-Report any damage immediately.
-If removed from the unit, it is at guest's expense.

You must have a code to access the unit on the second floor. The building has 2 other Lofts so please be respectful and mindful of other guests. We do not allow parties and unregistered guests.
