Charming Tiny House W/ Free Parking
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located Tiny House. Located in the heart of downtown Birmingham. The loft is a short walk to several award-winning restaurants nearby, parks, stadiums, grocery, and nightlife. It offers the flexibility for families, couples, and singles, to really enjoy the best of Birmingham!

-Rotary Trail (600 feet)
-Publix Grocery (0.2 miles)
-Legacy Arena at the BJCC (1 mile)
-UAB Hospital (0.6 miles)
-Protective Stadium (1.2 miles)
In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker (k-cups, cream, sugar), a toaster, and cookware to cook meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi!
A washer and dryer are available in the apartment for your convenience with detergent. If you forget your toiletries at home, don't worry! We supply mini shampoo and conditioner.
We provide a 65" HDTV Smart TV in the living room, which is capable of multiple streaming platforms.
The bedroom upstairs has a high quality queen mattress along with a great size closet and velvet hangers. There are extra sheets, comforter, and pillows on the shelf for additional 1 guest who wishes to sleep on the couch in the living room. Thermostat is on the left side of the wall before you go down the steps to the bathroom.
This incredible loft is beautifully decorated with unique pieces of art all throughout, super chic living area. You can access the building anytime after 3pm, which is check-in time, by using the Smart Lock to gain access. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
Access to the entire loft, no shared living space. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with the Smart lock. You can unlock the door with your personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. The door automatically locks after door is completely shut.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside and the number of guest inside the loft. The number of people inside the loft may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Thank you for respecting the community and our commitment to be a great neighbor.
House Rules:
-No Parties or large gatherings. (Exterior of Building has Security Cameras, Noise Sensor inside)
-No smoking or illegal drug use allowed in the unit, $1,000.00 fine.
-Quiet hours 10pm-7am.
-No visitors allowed. Registered Guests can only occupy the unit.
-Please do not rearrange the furniture.
-Report any damage immediately.
-If you are removed from the unit, it is at your expense.
We know how much you love your furry pets, so we wanted to make our unit accessible to you. They must always be on a leash outside your unit, throw waste into the trash bin outside and not inside your unit (tie it up in a bag), must be potty trained, no loud barking, flea or tick free, must stay in kennel when you leave the unit, and not allowed on the couch or guest bed. The fee for each pet is $60.
The loft comes with 1 outdoor parking spot that can ONLY accommodate COMPACT AND SMALLER MIDSIZE CARS AND SUVS. You must have a code to access the Tiny House. The front door to the Tiny House is directly in front of your parking spot and the door has the letter "E" on it. The building has 2 other Lofts, so please be respectful and mindful of other guests. We do not allow parties and unregistered guests.
