Welcome to Summer House! This spacious 3 bed, 3 bath condo is located in a family friendly area in Ocean City. You can see both the bayside and the beach from the private wrap around balcony.

There are two reserved parking spaces, an easily accessible elevator, and an outdoor pool. The beach is conveniently 2 blocks away, making this the perfect getaway spot! WiFi is free for guests. Netflix and Peacock are available on the smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room. Bed linens, towels, and kitchenware are included. There is also keyless entry for the front door, so guests do not have to worry about remembering to carry a key around, just put in your user-specific pin. Enjoy!

Overall it was a nice condo, if you enjoy watching TV. There is limited selection of TV stations that you can choose. The location of the condo was in a very good location and secluded. Would stay there again.A

We had a great stay! The house was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent and just a short distance from the beach. We did encounter a small issue during our stay, but the owner was very responsive and stayed on top of getting it resolved quickly. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay. We really appreciated how attentive the owner was and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Perfect for families

Property was clean, quiet, in safe location but also close to beach/any attractions you may wish to visit. Appreciated the beach chairs etc for our use and kids loved a dip in the pool after a hot day at the beach. Perfect for families; would stay here again.

The condo was very clean and spacious. The check in was super easy and the host was very quick to respond to any questions I had. My family and I really enjoyed staying there. The location was great as everything you could possibly need was just minutes away. I would definitely stay there again next year.

Great unit and location

Check in was easy,, Owner was a pleasure to work with, the unit clean and well equipped. No issues at all and just a pleasure to stay at again,, can’t wait to go back next year.

This condo was amazing. It had nearly everything we needed and more. The rooms were Spacious and clean. The nice wrap around balcony was used frequently in the evenings. The pool was also a huge asset and was a nice break from the hassle of logging everything to the beach. In highly recommend staying here.

Another great stay

This was another awesome stay. Great communication, easy check in, everything we needed was there and there were no issues. A wonderful, clean and beautiful place. We will be back,, same time next year.

Thanksgiving at the beach

The unit was very clean and offered everything we needed. The views from the balconies were amazing. The location is excellent and walkable to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The host was very responsive with our questions.

We found our place

We have stayed at many places in OC, but this was by far the cleanest! Kind and responsive host, very comfortable place, lots of room for everything, nice view and gentle sounds of birds as we ate meals on the patio. Great AC, quickly cooled down the place. Everything was fantastic. Can't wait to return.

Everything in the listing was accurate. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. Great location. Very clean and modern. Probably the best condo I have stayed in, in Ocean City. I highly recommend this host, very easy to work with throughout the booking and checking in/out process.

A Perfect Family Vacation Week

Over the years, we have stayed at a number of beach homes. Our stay at Summer House was exceptional in every way. First, the location could not have been more perfect. Walking to the beach with our two young grandchildren was made so much easier with only two blocks. It was also convenient for the grandparents! The condo unit was just lovely. So well maintained, beautifully appointed and spacious. Three bedrooms were awesome and accomodated our family unit. The wrap around balcony was amazing and offered stunning views especially at dusk. The modern kitchen made cooking enjoyable and hassle free. Our host, Ed, could not have been more helpful and kind. From the time of booking to our departure, he was very responsive and took a genuine interest in our experience. As a former hotelier and now condo association manager, I am a bit picky and have high expectations. Summer House, Unit 201 hit all very high marks. Thanks, Ed. We will be back. Don and Terri

Great location. Beach access less than a 10 minute walk and includes beach chairs and toys for kids. Still convenient for driving down to boardwalk. The back balcony overlooks an undeveloped wetlands area—bring your binoculars to see the birds (ospreys, blue herons, green herons, egrets) that are just in the backyard. Highly recommended.

Was a small problem with the cleaning lady but it was resolved very fast by the host. Very nice place to stay just one street over from the beach.
