Pool Heating:
Pool heating costs 40$/day if you would like to use it. We have recently installed new pool heater. If you would like to heat the pool all days of your stay need to be prepaid so we can turn on the heater before your arrival.

Quiet time starts at 10pm out of respect for the neighbors as this is a quiet community – No parties or loud guests will be tolerated.

Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.

The deposit is not charged at the time of booking and is only charged if there is any damage to the home.

Check-in is 3pm and Check-out is 10am. You can self-check-in any time after 3pm with a code.

Early check-in may be available however there are no late check-out as we have to clean the home for same day guests.

Rent a pavilion and enjoy the afternoon with a BBQ grill lunch right by the lake.
