The location and property were absolutely spectacular. The beach was very long and we had it almost all to ourselves. The beautiful views from the inside and outside made the trip very relaxing. We spent plenty of time sitting in the private gazebo right on the beach. It was nice that there were wooden walkways around the property and to the beach. There was plenty of fun activities right on the property that there really wasn’t a reason to go elsewhere. Tim’s on the Bay was a short walk from the house and had a nice vibe with good food and drinks at a reasonable price when we did decide to leave the house to get a meal.

Beautiful home with an ideal property, plenty of outdoor space and privacy. We had a bit of a windy stay but the extra outdoor space kept everyone busy and house amenities included everything we could possibly need.

Our family had a fantastic week at Latitude Adjustment! The whole property is so well done and even more beautiful in person. The home, the beach, the view, and the location was absolutely perfect for us. We had a group of 11 adults and were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Charlene was amazing to deal with, handling any of our requests and questions promptly. She is awesome!! We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is truly exceptional, we will be back!

The house was well appointed with everything you’d need and even things you didn’t ow you’d need. The sleeping accommodations were perfect for our group of 10. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting in the back porch, beach and cover porch by the water. We especially loved the ice machine and the water cooler. They have really thought of everything. They had floats, snorkel equipment, yeti’s of different sizes, coolers etc. You really don’t have to take anything except clothes.. Charlene was helpful and pleasant to work with. She was able to arrange the car and reservations for us as well as get our initial grocery items which was nice. We will definitely go back.

Charlene and Trish were QUICK to respond to my questions. The home (our PARADISE) is equipped with everything we needed. We had a group of 19 on Exuma, 10 stayed with us. Plenty of room to spread out.PERFECT for my intimate VOW renewal, CHARMING!!THANK YOU for sharing your home!!!

Latitude Adjustment was just as beautiful as the pictures showed! Charlene, the house manager, could not have been more accommodating and helpful. She helped us get from and to the airport and arranged a chef for us for two nights who was amazing. The beach was very quiet and peaceful. And our concern about noise from the airport close-by was unfounded. The compound layout was perfect for the family as our 1 1/2 year-old twin granddaughters could nap and sleep in the cottage, separate from the main house. Just a gorgeous place!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Latitude Adjustment in Exuma, Bahamas, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning views and the immaculate condition of the house.The property was perfect for our family of ten, providing ample space and every amenity we could possibly need. The house was exceptionally clean, which made us feel right at home.The responsiveness of the host and property manager was outstanding. They were quick to answer any questions we had, ensuring that our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible.We were also fortunate to celebrate three birthdays and an engagement during our stay, making the trip even more memorable. The house provided the perfect backdrop for our special moments.The highlight of our stay had to be the spectacular water views and making memories with family. Waking up to such beauty every day was an experience we won't soon forget.Overall, I highly recommend Latitude Adjustment to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Exuma. You won't be disappointed! The Nashville and Rhode Island Gang!

Great stay at Latitude Adjustment! Pictures did not do it justice. Such a comfortable place with all the things you need to make a vacay great! Loved Charlene and she was most helpful.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! This was our first time to visit Exuma, and both the island and Latitude Adjustment were amazing! We all agreed that we would love to return and stay in Latitude Adjustment again. The private beach was a perfect setting for our family of 9 (ages ranging from 13 to 76). The home was so conveniently located to our activities that were on the north and south side of the island. Charlene the property manager was so incredibly helpful and made our arrival so easy by prearranging our rental cars as well as purchasing our groceries. She was available to answer all of my "first timers" questions and was truly a delight to talk to. The home was a perfect set up for everyone to have their own space but still be able to be together for meals and game nights. The home was very clean and well stocked with towels, beach gear, and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. (we all noticed that even the beds were comfortable!) There is so much to see and experience while in Exuma bur to not miss the sunrise views from the patio at Latitude Adjustment. They were incredible and worth the early morning alarm!For our activities we used Exuma Watersports was incredible for a 1/2 private charter for swimming with the pigs. We also used private Chef Katiya with VIBE Exuma for two incredible dinners at the house. Thank you for an incredible vacation that will give my family wonderful memories for a lifetime!!

Our group had an amazing stay at latitude adjustment. The house was large enough to accommodate our group of 13. The outdoor space is beautiful with plenty of seating and there are different areas around the property to explore. Charlene, the house manager was extremely helpful with booking excursions and any questions that we had. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

This was a wonderful property for my family to stay in, with enough space for all. Everything we needed was at the house, and the house manager was very attentive. The beach is truly one of the most beautiful in the world!

latitude adjustment

This property is very well appointed. You will find everything you need. Beautiful, convenient location to everything. We stayed 15 days and I wish it was longer. You will not be disappointed.

WE love it here

This is our second time staying at this marvelous property and will be booking it again for next year soon. We have been to Exuma many times and feel this is the best house. Knoxville in Exuma

Great house! We had 5 couples and it was perfect! House is well equipped and had everything we needed.. Charlene, the house manager was fantastic! We look forward to staying there again!

Amazing Place

Amazing home with the perfect location. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The home worked out perfectly for 4 couples. The pool, the beach , the home. Well stocked with everything we needed. Plus 5 minutes from the airport. Well located on the island. You wouldn't even need to leave the house. Although we did.to visit other beaches. Will stay here again.

Perfect Exuma House

Amazing property. We had a family of 6 and family of 4. All different age ranges and it worked out perfectly. Great location and centrally located. Beach was awesome and saw only a handful of people all week there. The outside area and the gazebo were our favorite spots. Charlene the house manager was there whenever you needed her. If we ever come back we’d stay here again.

Can’t say enough amazing things about this property! The house itself is beautiful, well stocked, clean, comfortable and in a great location. The view is stunning and makes you feel like you are in paradise! Our kids loved the pool and all of the beach toys the house offers and the adults loved the covered outdoor areas for nightly cocktails and morning coffee! What really sets this house apart though is the house manager Charlene! She truly went over and above and turned our trip into a relaxing vacation! From stocking the fridge for us to helping arrange all of our activities, she really allowed us to enjoy every minute we were there! We can’t wait to go back!
