Amazing stay! The house was beautiful and tastefully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

erfect Family Getaway – Thoughtful, Well-Stocked, and Relaxing

We had a fantastic stay at this home for our family vacation with two young kids. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches—games, outdoor and pool equipment, and filtered water. Everything was clean, well-designed, and made for a comfortable stay.We especially loved the easy access between the pool and the private pocket beach, which made for a perfect, relaxing getaway. A great spot for a family break, and we would definitely return!

Heaven on earth

This trip was a celebration for my son receiving his Doctorate in Chemistry. He has worked so hard on his dissertation and really needed a place to relax and wind down. Exuma and this property delivered exactly that. The place was clean, spacious, and well stocked. We used the paddle board and all the kayaks to explore the beautiful water from the beach right behind the house. We were able to snorkel seeing lots of fish along the rocks surrounding the beach. We will definitely be booking this property again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Amazing Property!

The house is beautiful! Wonderful outdoor spaces and pool. Well appointed and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed. Great bedroom setups so perfect for our family of eight. Loved the location just south of town. Highly recommend!

Family get together

The house was great. Everyone was pleased with the house, view, pool and beach. There were five families aged 8 to 82. We especially liked the covered outdoor living area. Kids were in the water all day. We swam, snorkeled, kayaked and even saw a turtle on our last day. It was a very relaxing week.

Family Trip

Your property was exceptional! We had a family group of eleven and did not feel at all crowded. Kids and adults all enjoyed the beautiful pool and we visited some pretty amazing beaches while there. Thank you for recommending grocery stores & restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We would not hesitate to come back again!

Amazing VRBO!

This was probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed at with our family. There were 2 adults and 5 kids, and we loved it. It had absolutely everything we needed, comfy beds, full kitchen, amazing pool and swings overlooking the water. Highly recommend! The only issue we had in Exuma was finding open restaurants - the owner gave us the number for a lady named Dena who brought us charcuterie, fruit, salad, tacos etc and it was the best food we ate on the island by far. Well worth the cost.

Exuma Paradise

As newcomers to Exuma, we weren’t sure what to expect. I’m delighted to say that once we got all the needed info regarding check in, etc, we settled in quickly and had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and had everything you could possibly want.(You can order groceries online from the local store and It will be waiting for you when you arrive! No need to buy water because they have filtered water at the house! DO bring/buy body soap and hair products as this is not supplied.) The outdoor space is perfect: your own beach, kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit, pool, etc. Overall, It was the perfect chill vacation for a family of 5 adults. Kudos to the owners!

La Castella

The house is absolutely stunning and is exactly as advertised. It had every amenity we needed for our stay. We rented a boat and jet skis and were able to park them on the private beach. Jacquelyn and the house manager, Tina were always accessible and responsive to any request. We would definitely recommend La Castella to anyone. If you are looking for a private chef to come to the house and cook for you and your guests, we highly recommend Chef Mackey (242)804-2876.

Amazing!!

This property exceeded our expectations. The pictures are beautiful but the house is even more amazing in person. We had a group of three families and had plenty of space for everyone. The pool was fantastic and being right on the beach couldn't be beat. Our kids spent all of their time outside and never wanted to leave. The house is a bit of a drive from everywhere but also centrally located. The whole island is one where you need to drive to where you want to go - so a rental car is a must. But we would have also been happy just staying put at the house our entire stay - it was that amazing!

Best vacation yet

This was a fantastic rental property and my whole family has indicated it was our favorite vacation yet. That can be owed to the wonderful rental that provided a full week of fun and relaxation in paradise. I don't have a single negative thing to say and I would be eager to book again. The property was perfect for our family, including a handful of adults, a 3yo and a 1 yo. We were comfortable the whole time, spent a week in the pool and on the water. Kayaks and paddle boards were used frequently, pool was perfect, and we used the grill for dinners. The outdoor area was well equipped with kids toys, snorkle gear, and lounge stuff. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything to cook comfortably for a week, including a bottled water icemaker. Laundry room was also frequently used and the double setup was excellent to accommodate our beach/pool time. Bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The views are incredible and such a treat. The property manager was easy to get ahold of, they promptly sent someone to repair the garage disposal and also accommodated our request for a few extra hours for checkout. They gave excellent recommendations to make our stay wonderful (we followed all of them). The TVs were equipped for movie nights and games. They had fresh baby gear ready (high chair, pack n play, car seat, toys). Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property for your group trips.

Outstanding New Rental

As a vacation property owner I like to give detailed reviews. First and foremost this property is brand new, literally everything is brand new. It’s STUNNING! Can’t stress this enough! The view is spectacular and right on the beach! Well decorated! Kitchen supplies are plenty, only thing missing is an ice maker. The double washer/dryer came in handy. Located 20 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from Browns Marina and 50 minutes from Barraterre docks. Beach is beautiful, you’ll want to bring water shoes for kids as there is natural rocks in the water. We saw all kinds of wildlife as we snorkeled right off the beach. Shallow enough for small children and no big wave action which is nice. One excursion we took the boat was able to drop us right at the house. Exuma has the best water we’ve ever seen! The house can easily sleep 14, With basically 3 masters. The bunk room can sleep multiple children comfortably. We enjoyed the pool and the grill. We hired a private chef and she loved the kitchen amenities. The pool had plenty of floats and life vests for children. The power went off on us the first night after a bad storm for a few hours and the house manager came immediately to bring us flashlights. She was extremely helpful with giving advice on taxis and restaurants. We loved this house so much for our party of 9. I would highly recommend! The house itself is Five star!

This house was awesome with everything you needed. The pool and ocean are right outside the back. Our kids could have stayed at the house the whole time. They had kayaks, snorkeling and a beautiful view. Would highly recommend. House is exactly as described.

This house was amazing from decor, all things needed for pool, beach, cooking everything!Loved the two washer machines and driers! Great location! If you want to visit all the beaches this house is in the middle each way! Close to grocery and liquor stores also!!

Beautiful Home

This house was perfect for our family. It had EVERYTHING that we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked including a water dispenser with enough 5 gallon water bottles for our entire stay. The laundry room has two washers and two dryers which we used many times a day. The living room has comfortable furniture which gave our family a nice place to hang out. The best part of the house is the pool area and beach area. We spent most of our days in the pool and on the beach. We snorkled and kayaked right off the beach and saw turtles, lots of colored fish, starfish, conchs and even a few sharks. It was amazing! We also enjoyed having a few chefs come to the house and cook for us and a wonderful trip out with Exuma Sports for a 1/2 day trip to the remote islands. This was a fun and memorable trip for our family.

The perfect spot for a large family!

What a fabulous week! The house was perfect - perfect location, well furnished, comfortable beds, everything we needed was there and ready for our arrival. Both the property manager (Tina) and the host were absolutely great, super responsive and very helpful. Definitely an A experience!
