Our condo features dramatic views of the channel and is a three minute walk away from the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach. Relax and watch the boats, manatees and dolphins from the Lanai overlooking the channel/bay or take a short walk to the beach or Delnor-Wiggins State Recreation Area. You're minutes away from grocery stores, shopping, dining, water activities and more.

This stunning 4th floor end unit (total of six floors in the complex) includes granite counter tops, like new kitchen appliances, along with a washer and dryer, making it hard for our guests to leave this highly desirable location!

Southwest Florida is a tropical paradise with warm breezes and spectacular sunsets. Enjoy unique shopping, sensational restaurants, cultural events, fishing, recreation sites, and championship golf courses.

This is a great destination and a wonderful place to just unwind and take a well deserved break.

Great place to stay!!

We loved our stay!! Great screened in porch for early morning coffee and boat and dolphin watching. Wonderful having beach very close by!! Third bedroom was great to have for the kids.

Great week in a great location

Very clean condo. Comfortable amenities. Beautiful view of intercostal waterway. Perfect location to Delnor Wiggins park entrance. Contactless entry, no need to meet property mgr, etc.

Great experience

Such a peaceful place. Short walk to the beach. Spacious condo. We loved sitting on the screened patio and spent so much time out there.

Great Location

The condo is in a great location, close to the beach. The unit had everything we needed, but it is looking a bit dated. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the boats go by.

Great Place to Stay

Fabulous location in North Naples. Close to shopping and dining and just steps away from one of the most secluded beaches in Naples - the beach at Delnor Wiggins park. The condo was great for our family of six.

Great location, Nice Condo

Our stay at Baypoint was very enjoyable. The condo was perfect for our family of four providing plenty of room, great views, and a short walk to one of the nicest beaches that I have visited. The condo was clean with an adequate kitchen, new washer and dryer, and comfortable beds and furniture. Within 10 minutes, you have access to many good restaurants and shopping. Additionally, the pool (and hot tub) was heated and warm, providing a nice alternative to the gulf that was quite a bit cooler in early April . The condo had adequate beach supplies, fishing poles, and a nice library for those who like to read. The condo is a great value for those wanting a peaceful, relaxing vacation.

Fantastic condo

We had a wonderful stay at this Baypoint property. The location could not have been better and the condo was really lovely. The furnishings and layout were just wonderful. We were blessed with fantastic weather and we spent almost everday on the beautiful beach. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect condo for beach vacation!

The location of this condo is perfect. We have 3 kids between 5-6yrs old. No problem to walk to the beach, just steps away from the sand. The condo was in great condition when we arrived. The layout was just right for a family of 5. When we arrived we were very pleasantly surprised how nice and clean everything was. Plus, the condo is well equipped with beach chairs, towels, kid's buckets and toys for the sand, coolers, etc. We had no issues with anything in the codo... fridge, laundry machine, dryer, dishwasher, all the appliances... everything worked well. Parking was a breeze too (the lot is right next to the building entrance so it's easy to get your groceries inside, etc). One thing we were concerned about when booking this unit was the pool. There's nothing worse than a cold pool or one that is advertised as "heated" but when you get there the pool is heated with a solar panel or something that barely works. Not here. The pool was very nicely heated. Just what we were hoping for. Also, the pool is right next too the marina docs, and it gave the pool experience and very nice character. We even did a little fishing off the docs too. We spent every day at the beach, then walked back to the pool. There's a hose on the deck to de-sand all your stuff too... which is a nice little bonus. So... bottom line, this place was perfect and everything we hoped for. Oh yea... one more thing. Kudos to the owner who made himself reachable for any questions. Thank you! We'll defintley be coming back!

3 BDRM 4th Floor Condo

Absolutely perfect. GREAT location. Condo is on Vanderbilt Channel (great for dolphin spotting!) next door to Delnor-Wiggins State Park. While others have to pay entry fee, park, you simply walk down the street to the beach. Condo was wonderfully equipped with chairs, buckets (for shell hunting), towels and A COOLER!!!! Very handy for packing lunches and waters. Also generously equipped with kitchen items (salt/pepper, oil, mustard, coffee, tea, etc...) and laundry supplies. We replaced what we used and left goodies for others to enjoy. Beach was empty for sunsets and MANY sea turtle nest line the beach. Outdoor shower and pool were bonuses. Great restaurants surround for dinners so never used oven, burners, pots and pans - but plentiful. YOU WILL LOVE THIS CONDO! Hope to return. Thank you for wonderful memories! Mom and 3 girls (dad flew in for weekend - very very very safe and secure!!!!!)

Immaculate condo in great location!

Perfect family vacation! The condo fit our family comfortably, had a great view, and was very well equipped. It's an easy walk to the beach for long morning walks (saw dolphins a couple times), lazy afternoons, or to catch a beautiful sunset. The heated pool was enjoyed by the kiddos several evenings. Walked to restaurants for dinner and played lots of board games on the lanai. Between afternoons at the beach and pool, we also went to the Naples Zoo and took an airboat tour in the Everglades. Just an amazing vacation with perfect accommodations!

Comfortable and Acommodating Location

Great end unit with lots of windows and scenic view over channel. Occasional dolphins were spotted in channel! Short, easy walk to beach and/or State Park, your choice! Great for shelling, sunsets, and chilling on the beach! Great accessibility to the many venues and activities Naples has to offer. Unit is well furnished - everything you need. Short trip to the grocery stores and any shopping needs. Nice quiet neighborhood. We already booked for the next season!

Perfect Weather + Amazing Location + Gorgeous Condo = Best Family Vacation!

We LOVED our stay at your condo! This well maintained, beautifully decorated condo was a perfect get away for our family of four. We watched dolphins each morning from the screened patio and finished each day with a beautiful sunset on the beach. The gorgeous white sand beach was ideal for shelling, beach games and relaxing. And with the condo so close to the beach, a quick cool down and afternoon at the pool was just steps away. We loved having the ability to grill by the pool and dine in - although, the local restaurants were fabulous! We became regulars at our new favorite coffee shop Fit & Fuel Cafe - and took advantage of the bike rentals two doors down (our rentals was the 4 seater! What a blast!) We also enjoyed a day trip to Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island. And added fun with jet skiing on Bonita Beach too! We sure hope we are able to add this vacation as an annual adventure for our family! Thank you!

Great Location & Very Comfortable Condo

Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Nothing disappointed us. The condo was clean, very functional, and containing everything needed, to include a good variety of beach toys and other beach items. And the beach is a very convenient short walk away. The pool was a reasonable size and clean. We used the condo' good size grill several times. Other residents were all pleasant. We highly endorse this condo. The owners were easy to work with.

Fabulous Vacation

We are a family of four, my husband and I, and two young boys (19 months and 3 1/2). Vacation, for me, usually means work. We arrived at the condo and I finally had a VACATION! The place was wonderful. It is exactly like the photos. They have everything you could possibly need. Coming to Naples from Minnesota could have been very stressful, but the owners were great with communication and prompt with all the information needed to have a great trip. The condo was super clean and had everything we could have ever wanted and more. The beach was a 4 min walk (with young kids) and gorgeous. The beach closet had chairs, toys, life jackets for little ones, umbrellas, sun screen, fishing rods, coolers...we left some toys in hopes to use them next time we visit! The kitchen was exceptionally equiped. Naples is, or course, a fabulous place to vacation, but this condo made it easy to relax, sit at the beach and really have a vacation. If you want a place to stay in Naples, this is where to be....you will not be disappointed.

As advertised.

My wife and three daughters spend a wonderful week in this condo. The pictures of the condo are 100% accurate. Alyson the owner, was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The walk to the beach is very easy and is literally five minutes away. The only disappointment we had was with Vanderbilt beach itself. Although the water is crystal clear, the sand is full of small broken shells, not the white powdery sand we expected. Restaurants and shopping in the area are very close and very good.

peaceful and relaxing

A family of 5 went to a graduation in the area. We all enjoyed the walk to the beach as well as the pool. The condo was clean and we loved the view of the harbor. We would recommend this condo to any age family as we had two 70 year old grandparents and two kids.....all had an enjoyable time.

We can't wait to come back!

My daughters (14 & 18) and I spent a wonderful week in this condo. We have been to Naples in the past, but this time I was looking for a place to stay on the beach without paying a fortune. This place was perfect! When we walked in my 18 yr old said, "Mom, this looks better than the pictures!". The condo was clean, well appointed and very confortable. The bed in the Master was more confortable than mine at home (for the time being anyway), and the linen closets were filled with towels and sundry items left by previous guests (we used some aloe-vera:)). The hall closet contained beach chairs, sand toys, fishing rods, tanning oils,and we donated the beach umbrella we bought at Target. The beach was a short and very pretty block away. The city(?) has put in an open shower station along the path so you can wash the sand off you before you go home. Restrooms are coming! When not at the beach, we had great views of the marina, ocean, and the sunset from a number of windows. The building was quiet and well maintained. We met a few of the neighbors and eveyone was very friendly to us. We were close to everywhere we wanted to be! We will be back next year! The only reason I haven't booked my week (or maybe 2:)) is that I have yet to find a week when all 3 of us can vacation at the same time! We loved our stay. Thank you to Alyson and her husband for providing such a great winter get away spot!

Spring Break Vacation April 2011

From the initial contact through VRBO the process was an easy and friendly experience, the owners are attentive and a pleasure to work with. The Condo was as described on VBRO website, with all the information relating accurately to the accomodation and location. The pool was also a pleasure to use, very clean and warm The property is very well maintained and clean, i was particularly impressed to learn that all carpets are cleaned, imediately after all outgoing visitors. I would strongly reccomend this property, for parties up to six people as suggested, plenty of room and very clean, we had a thoroughly relaxing vacation.
