From check-in to check-out everything was very smooth! Hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with! Very clean and well kept! Great weekend getaway cabin!

This property was clean, comfortable and appealing to the eye. It was well stocked with kitchen equipment and utensils. Beds were comfy. Located near Akeley where we were able to access the Heartland bike trail, we found this an excellent property.

Everything was great! The house was clean, had adequate supplies for cooking, and had lots of space. Pool table was a fun addition- lots of other games there as well. The seating areas outside were great with tons of options. Yard was huge and lovely. Kayaks were fun, great experience! Would rent again!

Easy check-in, correspondence with host was met with a very quick response. The kitchen was well stocked, comfortable beds with extra bedding, towels for our use, and a great location.

Such a beautiful and cozy cabin tucked away in the woods! The whole place felt so peaceful, quiet, and private, exactly what you’d hope for in a cabin getaway. Everything was also incredibly clean and well taken care of.The cabin had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathrooms had everything you could need, and everything throughout the property was easy to find and access. You can tell a lot of thought was put into making the space comfortable and convenient for guests.The lake was absolutely amazing and probably one of my favorite parts of the property. It was so peaceful and beautiful, and having kayaks available to use made the experience even better. It’s the perfect place to slow down, enjoy nature, and just relax.The host was wonderful as well! Communication was amazing from beginning to end, very responsive, helpful, and made the entire process feel effortless. Check-in and check-out were both simple and stress-free.Overall, this was such a wonderful stay. Between the privacy, beautiful surroundings, cleanliness, lake, and all the little amenities, it really had everything you could want from a cozy cabin in the woods. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again!

Very nice cabin/home. Comfortable couch, chairs, and beds. Large open spaces and clean! Overall, a nice and well card for place to stay and we were very pleased!!!

Cozy and well located

The cabin is very cozy and located near various lakes. The owners were very quick to respond to questions and the property was well put in order when we arrived. I’d stay here again!

Peaceful and clean

This property is in a very peaceful location and is in close proximity to a wide variety of activities. We chose to explore Walker and stay at the property to enjoy time together. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Easy check in. Enough parking for a couple of vehicles and a trailer. Just four of us so plenty of space in the house. Host was very responsive on all question's asked. We would stay again

Girls Get-Away

We had such a great time at the cabin! Great spot and lake access for paddle boarding and canoeing. Lake access had Lilly pads so you had to go out about 15feet to swim in clear water but that was perfect for us! Only 20-30 minutes from Park Rapids for a night out. Would definitely go back again!

We had a wonderful time! So much to do in the area, we went on the side by side trails, rode our bikes on the Heartland trail to Walker took our pups on a nice walk. The property was beautiful and well maintained. But be sure to have all the groceries that you need because the grocery stores are aways. Thank you for a great timeThe Helgemoes

Family get-away

We had the best time - a wonderful place to have a family get away. Check-in was exceptionally smooth, the kitchen had everything we needed and Wi-fi worked well (my daughter even had a couple virtual client meetings on-site). Lake access with kayaks and a dock, ping-pong, billiards, smart TV, Fire Pit, all within close proximity of Park Rapids, shopping, and Heartland Trail for biking. We took advantage of all of that and had a great time. Thank You! Excellent Hosts!

Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay and the well appointed kitchen. We cooked all of our meals and did not need any other kitchen equipment than what was already available. And the pool table in the basement was a blast!

Great getaway

We had a great stay, plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing! We wish we would have known to bring a kayak or something for the kids to use. Other than that every time we reached out the host was very responsive!
