Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom home in Hackensack. This adorable property features 2 full bedrooms a cozy living room with a murphy bed, and a refreshing shower in the bathroom. Guests can enjoy the heating and AC for ultimate comfort during their stay. Enjoy your time in Hackensack in this large Home surrounded by large oak trees. The Paul Bunyan trail runs along the backyard, great for bicycling, walking as well as snowmobiling. Walking distance to the city park, local restaurants, coffee shop, pickleball courts and ice cream shop. Birch lake boat landing is just two blocks away with hundreds of lakes nearby. You have access to a garage to store bicycles, four wheelers and snowmobiles during your stay. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit and maybe cook a steak on the grill. Hackensack offers many town activities to enjoy. All appliances and kitchenware supplied. Including a sunny breakfast room.

Kristi is great with communication, she was quick to answer any questions! The house was so charming. Very clean, comfortable beds, and a very spacious living room. The only thing we found missing was a toaster, but other unexpected things were provided, such as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner! The location is perfect, the public park/beach are within walking distance, along with restaurants and ice cream. Overall it’s a great place and we would stay again!

Home was perfect for our snowmobiling group. Right off the Paul Bunyan trail with easy access to many other trail. Gas stations only a block away.

Welcomed my pets, which was a HUGE PLUS! The living room is amazingly comfy and cozy. It winter time in Minnesota. I would suggest leaving some pet friendly ice melt for the winter months. Definitely would use this place again!

Great location, easy to find, spacious and well appointed! Host was responsive and helpful - even to the point of bringing over salt and pepper while I was making eggs for breakfast! Newly renovated, everything was fresh and clean, bed was so comfy and pillows were perfect. The classic children’s books and the twister game were a hit when my grandkids came by to visit for a bit - we just wished the weather had been nicer to enjoy the outdoor games and fire pit set up in the backyard!
Such a lovely space for morning coffee and a quiet moment!
Loved the “mud room” area, so convenient! I could visualize it filled with winter coats and books and snowshoes!
Where I know I would be sitting if this were wintertime!
Beauty every time I turned around - I loved the selections of artwork!

This home is absolutely perfect for us for our trip to Hackensack Sweetheart Days! The living room is huge and has a extra bed if needed with a super comfortable mattress. Kristi ws so nice and replied right away when I reached out which wasn’t a lot because I did not need to. If you need any essentials like baggies, tinfoil, spices, etc. you will need to buy or bring them. I only mention that because some VRBOs provide that and other others do not. It was so convenient to walk downtown! Backyard is butted right up to the walking trail and the yard is huge with a fire pit, which was awesome!! We liked it so much. We’re going back in September!! Thank you Kristi!!!

Great location within walking distance to everything in Hackensack. Very spacious inside - big living room with comfy furniture. Nice, light dining area and very comfortable beds. Wonderful hosts!

Nice little place to stay - only a few minute walk to the beach and park in Hackensack. The AC is just a window unit in the main room, which is probably fine for most of the time in Minnesota, but we happened to go during a heat wave. It still helped a lot but we mostly stayed in that main room to stay cool. House was very clean, and the firepit looked nice and stocked (we didn't use it because of the heat wave. Fire didn't sound very comfortable). Kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils. We didn't find a toaster, which would have been nice to have, but maybe we just didn't look in the right spot. Would definitely stay again.
