Our base rates per night range from $295/nt to $1,650/nt which is subject to time of year and/or guest capacity per choices on accomodations and/or lodging duration on your rsvp. The entire two-level Villa w max occupancy up to 14-16 guests between adults & children entire Villa, both upper & ground level units. Min. charges are applied for first two guests, thereafter additional guests fees apply to total pymt due and/or for space upgrades according to season. Min 'stay' from 2 - 7 nights. Please forward data with your total number of guests between adults & children, dates/duration of lodging, we'll be pleased to accomodate you in one of the Villa's units & subject to season, our ground level 2/bdrm unit for max 4-6 guests or upgrade to upper level 4/bdrm unit max 8-10 guests, or keep entire home, both/units for utmost privacy. Our privileged location surrounded by Dakity Nature Reserve and Playa Punta Soldado or Soldier's Point Beach less than 1 mile away, private location, aprox. one mile distance from town in an Island with no traffic lights and 12 sq.miles of pristine territory, best beaches in the Caribbean. The Villa consists of numerous attributes which characterize its unique coastal location. Dock Facilities, for those in need to tie up their boats, a $3 per foot per day additional charge applies, no shore-power. Multiple ocean front 'terrazas' with well over 4,500 sq.ft. total space indoor/outdoors with spectacular views to Ensenada & Fulladoza, and plenty parking space at Villa's entrance driveway; Quiet sector of the Island and near town. Multiple adjoining Oceanfront terraces with a 2/nd outdoor kitchen/bar & bbq w ample seating areas.

Your stay awaits your enjoyment and relaxation throughout a very secluded inlet bordered by spectacular mangrove formations and nesting grounds for wild-life species; ceiling fans throughout all terraces, hardwood 'embulla' & tile floors.
