Equally close to all major Orlando attractions, dining experiences and shopping opportunities.  The Solterra Resort itself offers a variety of amenities including a spa, a large resort-style swimming pool with zero entry slope, waterslide and a lazy river. In addition, guests can enjoy volleyball courts, tennis courts, and a soccer field. The beautiful resort clubhouse offers a comprehensively equipped fitness center, business center, and poolside café. There is also a designated children’s playground and picnic area where families can enjoy time as a group.

The home is stunningly presented in a contemporary Moroccan theme with complementary colors and features. Based on a super sized airy floorplan, you will get a great sense of space and light when entering the home, with open concept living, dining, kitchen area all leading onto the magnificent south facing over-size pool deck offering a large salt water freeform pool and jacuzzi – plenty of space for your family and friends to visit all together! The custom kitchen includes double stainless steel refrigerators and double dishwashers and there are complementary laundry facilities with both a washer and dryer located on the first and second floors. Bedrooms are beautifully appointed all with Smart TVs, this simply stunning home has the most user-friendly layout and offers guests 10 King bedrooms, a nanny/granny/tween suite, in addition to a separate wing providing three children's themed bedrooms that sleep 14-16 children - choose from Frozen, Minions and Star Wars rooms, all featuring custom painted murals and bedding. Upstairs is a huge slumber-lounging area with plenty of fun for everyone including foosball, air hockey, and a pool table. There is a wet bar and also a wonderful home-media area offering an enormous movie-screen where you can enjoy watching your favorites in cinema-style surroundings themed in a Moroccan market experience. In additional to all of this you will also find a large themed games room on the first floor with ping pong, arcade games and four Xbox stations.

The pool deck demands special mention for those who love the outdoors, all day Florida sunshine, sparkling swimming pools and cooking on the grill. The pool deck is expansive with a large covered lanai with patio furnutire. There are generous sunbeds located on the generous pool deck which is south-facing and enjoys a private aspect. Parking on site limited to five cars as per HOA guidelines.
