Short walk to Duxbury Beach! Recently remodeled with brand new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, bathrooms, floors.
4 Bedroom 2 Bath house with extra sleeping spaces. Upstairs has1 King bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower; 1 bedroom with twin bunk beds; 1 Queen bedroom that connects to a separate bedroom with 2 twin beds (perfect for families). Downstairs has a living room with 2 sofa/futons that extend to 2 full size beds, and another bonus room with a sofa that folds out to a twin size bed.
One Car Garage and large Driveway with parking for up to 5 cars. Dogs allowed with Pet Deposit.
This home is perfect for large or multiple families! Walking distance to Blakeman's restaurant on the beach. Come enjoy the summer at the beautiful Duxbury Beach!

This was our second stay in 3 years and we will definitely be back. The communication is always great from booking through check out. The house lays out perfect for one or two families. Very easy walk to the beach. I highly recommend this property.

This is the perfect house and location for a great week on Duxbury beach. The home has everything you need in terms of amenities, lots of space and a short walk to the beach. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and great communicators. I couldn't recommend this property enough!

Another great week on Duxbury Beach

Our family has stayed here multiple years now which speaks to the quality of the property. Great layout, updated amenities and perfect location. The hosts are great to work with and we look forward to many more stays!

Fantastic stay! Traveled with an infant, 3 yr old and 5 year old. House was generously full of beach toys/accessories and it was an easy walk to the beach. Clean, smooth and thoughtfully prepared.

A great house near Duxbury Beach!

We had a great experience staying at this house! It was clean, great space and had everything we needed for our visit. We loved walking to the beach and being close to town. We hope to come back if available next summer. Thank you!

Wedding weekend!

Our son was married in Duxbury over the weekend. We had 8 family members enjoying this home! We had everything we needed and enjoyed being so close to the beach. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to be close to the beach!

Great South Shore Getaway

We had a great trip with my brother’s family. It’s a great property hidden away with great marsh views and one block away from the beach. The cottage is very up to date and has plenty of room for two young families. We will be booking this house again.

Another great week on Duxbury beach!

Updated property a short walk from Duxbury beach. Very clean beach house with a great layout. We've rented it multiple times through the past few years and always have a great experience with the property and owner. I can't recommend it enough!

Wonderful home within minutes of Duxbury Beach

Our family of five stayed six nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Very recently updated home with high-end amenities that made it a very comfortable stay. You can make it to Duxbury Beach in less than a five minute walk. The owners were very responsive and helpful in the days leading up to the visit. I could not recommendation this house enough for a vacation on Duxbury Beach!

Great Green Harbor Vacation

This vacation rental was clean and comfortable. The cleaners were ahead of schedule and the owners were kind enough to give us our code a half hour early so we could get unpacked and to the beach. Nothing but good things to say about this property. We are repeat renters and fully plan on coming renting again next season.

Fun in Duxbury

We come back every year from the west coast to visit friends and family. The house was perfect and the location was great. We used the grill and fire pit. We also walked to the beach and Blakemans. The neighbors and street are very quiet making for a fun stay. We will return.

Excellent Beach Rental

Exceptional rental, close proximity to the beach, 3 minute walk. Well appointed with a beach wagon, toys, cooler and towels. Everything has been remodeled. The beds and bedding were all cozy. Fire pit in the back perfect for s’mores. BBQ great from grilling. Andrew and Kelly were very helpful leading up to our stay and responsive throughout. We can’t wait to return next year!

Awesome Duxbury Beach Vacation home!!

Everything about this house exceeded our expectations! Beautiful renovated interior with new kitchen and bathrooms that were spotless when we arrived. There was everything you need in the modern kitchen to cook/serve meals and a large kitchen table to seat at least 10-12 people. Easy check in, air conditioning, driveway parking, beach chairs and wagon available to use and only a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous Duxbury beach!! Plus, owners were very nice and easy to communicate with during our stay. Hopefully we can return again next year!

This is as an amazing rental. Home was well appointed with anything you could need on a summer beach vacation. Communication and check in were simple. The neighborhood was really nice and walk to beach just a couple minutes. It was nice to be close to both Marshfield and Duxbury restaurants and museums. Would definitely stay here again.
