This mid century modern Deck House features an open floor plan, soaring tongue & groove ceilings & hardwood floors. There are huge mahogany windows everywhere you turn, in fact, great walls of glass that naturally welcome the outdoors in. The view from each room is a masterpiece of nature. It's a great place for distance working with ample table space and laptop portable desks available.

Bring together friends and family over cocktails and watch the sun set, enjoying the expansive marsh & harbor views from the comfortable seating areas on the large deck or spacious living room. Gather around the firepit in the evening, relax and catch up with family & friends. Wake up to a chorus of birds, the smell of coffee brewing and the gentle breezes rippling across this stunning natural setting. Recent guests have raved about the amazing views and unforgettable sunsets.

Ride our bikes to beautiful Minot Beach, spread out a picnic and explore the tide pools. Launch our kayaks and paddle board, or bring your own and enjoy the waterways of this coastal paradise. Play Spike ball, kickball, corn hole & flashlight tag on the huge front & back yards. Treasure Island is a gated, tree lined street with resident access only. Guests will feel like they have escaped to their own private estate.

Stella Maris is the perfect place to relax, explore nature and spend time together. It is also close to quaint Scituate Harbor and surrounding seaside towns for shopping, meals & entertainment. The train to Boston is 5 minutes away.

While the floor plan of the house is perfect for sharing meals and time together, it also offers quiet nooks for solitude. The house accommodates 12 people comfortably. The newly remodeled kitchen is perfect for group cooking and socializing. The gas grill makes cookouts a breeze.

Stella Maris at Treasure Island has fast wifi, air conditioning, ample parking and large, flat screen smart TVs.

The entire house is available, including the storage shed in the back yard, where you will find bikes, a beach wagon, beach chairs, kayak paddles, paddle board paddle, life vests, Spike ball & corn hole. The kayaks & paddle board are available near the waterway access area.

In order for us to provide you with the best possible experience, please supply us with some information about your group and plans in Scituate when you make your reservation request.

We are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We are also scheduling 24 hours between reservations for additional cleaning and ventilation. Owners may not be on the property during your stay, but will be readily available by text & email. The property may be under video surveillance.

Stella Maris is one of a trio of homes we have available at the Salt Marshes, Treasure Island. Stella Serena, across the street, is a 3/2 cottage that sleeps 6 and has incredible views of the marsh and harbor. Stella Sorrelle, next door, is a 2/1 cottage that sleeps 4 and is in the center of the island.
