A newly renovated studio apartment with all the amenities you will need nestled in a quiet neighborhood with great walking and bike riding. Perfect for a single or couple retreat. Close to downtown, restaurants, and shops. Private parking. Relaxing. We are also pet friendly and the property has a small fenced dog run (through the gate that has "woof").

Cozy, comfortable loft apartment

Finding the alleyway was difficult at night and it was hard to navigate with a jeep wagoner but we were able to eventually find the place. The place was clean and the ac was great. Just wish the alleyway was easier to find and wider. Host was great about communicating.

Love this fantastic little unit. It's tucked away behind a house with access via the alley. It's wonderfully and thoughtfully updated and decorated with lots of little touches to make guests feel welcomed. I definitely recommend this unit and host!

We had to check in late, and thanks to the reminders from our host we didn’t have any trouble finding the entrance. The place was very clean, there were extra towels stocked in the closet. Our host Tennessee left some cold bottled water in the fridge, had the dog bowl filled with fresh water, and left the lights on outside for us. It put a smile on my face. If you’re like me, bringing cotton sheets from home because you can’t sleep well on polyester or microfiber - rest assured that the sheets here are a blend that includes cotton. Thumbs up for that! A couple of things to note: We did find the mattress to be a little too bouncy and springy, and the blinds to be letting in quite a lot of light even at night, but we were so exhausted from a long drive it didn’t bother us too much.

Just know that it is upstairs and the alley is hard to get into with a truck! The stay and the place were awesome and we hope to stay again!

Excellent Stay, Excellent Host

Tennesse was the ultimate host - bending over backward to ensure that we had the perfect stay despite some issues on our end. Really enjoyed the weekend. I can't recommend it enough - thank you!

Delightful home ……

Artful, cozy, quiet. It was easy to get to and easy to regain our highway route!The home was very clean and the host was absolutely so helpful and responsive. We arrived at sunset and left in the morning so visiting the area was not part of our journey lan but we will stay here again when we travel through next time.

Cute Spot

Really loved the look of the Loft, private parking spot was nice, and the owners were super easy to communicate with. Located next to some great food spots as well.

Best weekend trip!

Had such a wonderful stay on our honeymoon! We spent 3 nights on our way to Colorado. The place was nice, clean, and very accommodating. Got to go tour Several museums and see palo duro state park!! Will be staying here again!
