Located in one of Amarillo's most historic neighborhoods. Beautiful attached studio with King Bed, tile floors, all appliances, including washer and dryer, separate yard and patio area. Across the street from Austin Park. Amazing amenities.
The studio is attached to the back of our house and has its own separate entrance, along with separate yard and patio area. We live across the street from Austin Park.
The Property has a ring security camera placed in the front exterior of the home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas.
We welcome all well-behaved dogs, but please be sure to mention your pet when you are making a reservation or sending an inquiry.
We are "pet friendly" and have a few guidelines for our guests with furry friends / fur babies.
- Guest are responsible for cleaning up any pet waste.
- Please keep pets off furniture and bedding.
- Please remember to clean your pet's paws when they come inside.
-If it has been raining or snowing, please make sure pets do not track mud inside.
Any evidence of not following these guidelines may incur extra cleaning fees.

This was our first time to stay at this beautiful property- and everything was amazing! Checkin instructions were clear and it was spacious, clean and great set up for what we needed on our stay! Plus it was very quiet which we liked!We plan to stay when we travel through Amarillo again later this year and truly thankful for a safe place to stay

We were in town for our son’s college graduation in Canyon. Perfect for a couple! Super clean, bed was extremely comfortable and it smelled amazing. Host was super helpful and responded quickly to us. We will definitely be back when we visit this summer and Fall.

A cozy little spot in the heart of Amarillo! My oh my, was it a wonderful stay. The place was beautifully decorated and super comfortable! Had all the amenities to provide for a solo stay or to even entertain guests! Super comfortable bed, a cozy couch and man, I was taken away by their decor! The bathroom had a super neat shower, I haven't seen someone use river rocks as a flooring in one before. The yard was cozy, gave a place to enjoy a morning coffee. They even had a working gas lantern on their garage, how neat is that?! Thank you guys for a wonderful stay and such kind southern hospitality, I hope to visit again soon!

This place is amazing!! It felt like I was staying in a suite at the Ritz Carlton in New York City combined with a cabin in Colorado. Totally exceded my expectations! 5 out of 5 easy. 10 out of 10 easier.

Cannot say enough great things about my hosts!! So helpful and patient. Their place is absolutely stunning! Extremely comfortable, clean and full of sweet ambience. I visit Amarillo several times a year and it will always be my fur place to look for availability
