Peaceful Getaway

Beautiful views of the River Valley in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located to all area attractions. I recommend driving along the river to downtown Fort Smith for the Saturday morning farmers market when you stay here.

We always enjoy our stay

We have stayed here many times because of it's convenience and comfort. I enjoy the kitchen stocked with a nice variety of cooking essentials because we always gather in the evenings to enjoy home cooked meals. Thank you again!

Getaway to see the grandbaby

Booked this house for the weekend to visit my son’s family for the weekend. The first thing I noticed when we pulled up to the house was the view of the river, so beautiful especially at sunset. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The property is quite old, but house has been updated just enough to offer functionality while maintaining the old world charm. Awesome touches throughout the house- water bowl for furry family, stocked spice cabinet, baby spoons in the silverware drawer. The owner was pleasant and easy to communicate with and quickly responsive. Will definitely book this spot again!

Will stay there again

Not only was everything clean, convenient, but Gina furnished a dog bowl, a ball (which Phoebe unfortunately ro9lled under the furniture in the den and I couldn't reach it) but also dog treats. Coffee and creamer was furnished along with spices. Awesome kitchen and the shower was great. Will stay there again if I have to be in the area.

River Valley Retreat

Beautiful views, peaceful, safe neighborhood and lots of wildlife to see. Easy access to downtown Van Buren and Fort Smith. The host is awesome. This is definitely my favorite place to stay when I’m visiting friends and family or attending to business in the River Valley.

Restful Retreat

Another relaxing stay at this peaceful property. The property has amazing views and an awesome host. But one of the best features is the location that is only minutes from downtown Van Buren and the easy access to downtown Fort Smith.

Delightful Getaway

Peaceful Retreat

The views from this house were amazing and the surrounding neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The location provided easy access to downtown Van Buren, downtown Fort Smith, and Barling. I will definitely be staying here again.

Experiencing the very old with the new!

I must learn how to rent handicap friendly VRBO’s. I would suggest having a recliner in the living room even for people without handicaps. I got along fine except for living room. I used my wheel chair. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was sorry the back of the house faced West. It was too hot ti sit out in the beautiful deck. Overall I give you a five and I love your dishes & silverware. It was a pleaduress as now two days

Best place to stay

This was our second time staying at this property. It was clean, convenient to downtown Van Buren and we love seeing the mountains, River and nature (a whole family of deer was nearby all weekend!) We will definitely stay here again!

Another great stay!

We always choose to stay here when we come see our children. It's in an older quiet neighborhood with a pretty view. The house has everything we need and since we travel with our dogs, it's the perfect spot for us.

Had to google earth to find the house directions didn’t take us right to it, saw roach when we flipped on light contact the owner she sent long message saying she’s never had that problem basically she didn’t believe us, would not recommend

A GEM, A JEWEL, A TREASURE

What a lovely, comfortable home Ms. Gina is offering to visitors of the Van Buren/Ft. Smith area! We feel so fortune we were able to snag this chaming house on a weekend the Ark-Mo Railroad was taking passengers from Van Buren to Winslow. We were only 5 minutes drive away from the downtown depot.. We truly enjoyed having our 2 small dogs with us. They had a huge fenced yard to play in. The inside of the house featured a custom kitchen and master bath. Everything was so well-planned, clean and functional, not to nention, easy on the eye. The beds and furniture were really comfortable. The linens were tops. This house gets top marks from me. We can hardly wait -_+to return and recommend it without reservation to fellow travelers everywhere.[ from

Nice House

We only had time for a two night stay, and the house was perfect. There were 3 of us and we had plenty of room. The host is wonderful. The home has everything you will need and then some. The neighborhood is just ok, but close to everything. I would recormmend this house and would defintly stay here again.
