Perfect Summer Getaway

We had an amazing stay, everything we needed was provided, and this home is perfection. The views are to die for, our dogs had plenty of space, super close to Fort Smith attractions - we definitely want to visit again!

Great cabin!

We enjoyed this property. The location is nice because it’s not too far from everything. Plenty of seating in the living area and around the dining table, which is something we look for.

Peaceful Getaway

Beautiful views of the River Valley in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located to all area attractions. I recommend driving along the river to downtown Fort Smith for the Saturday morning farmers market when you stay here.

Restful Retreat

Another relaxing stay at this peaceful property. The property has amazing views and an awesome host. But one of the best features is the location that is only minutes from downtown Van Buren and the easy access to downtown Fort Smith.

Another great stay!

We always choose to stay here when we come see our children. It's in an older quiet neighborhood with a pretty view. The house has everything we need and since we travel with our dogs, it's the perfect spot for us.

Great property for get away

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and was furnished with a lot of nice stuff. The shower was really nice. The owner was very courteous and quickly responded to any questions we had.

Excellent place for us to stay

We have been looking for a place to stay when we visit family in Van Buren. We have definitely found it! The home was clean and had so many small details that were very thoughtful. We will definitely book again!

We always enjoy our stay

We have stayed here many times because of it's convenience and comfort. I enjoy the kitchen stocked with a nice variety of cooking essentials because we always gather in the evenings to enjoy home cooked meals. Thank you again!

Delightful Getaway

Calm and peaceful retreat with amazing views and lots of wildlife to watch. This is my second stay at this property and I will definitely return. I recommend this property to anyone who needs peace and quiet at the end of a stressful day.

River Valley Retreat

Beautiful views, peaceful, safe neighborhood and lots of wildlife to see. Easy access to downtown Van Buren and Fort Smith. The host is awesome. This is definitely my favorite place to stay when I’m visiting friends and family or attending to business in the River Valley.

Will stay there again

Not only was everything clean, convenient, but Gina furnished a dog bowl, a ball (which Phoebe unfortunately ro9lled under the furniture in the den and I couldn't reach it) but also dog treats. Coffee and creamer was furnished along with spices. Awesome kitchen and the shower was great. Will stay there again if I have to be in the area.

Great spot!

GPS wasn't clear in getting us there but once we got there it was a great little house. Could see the AR River from the property. Great space on the inside, very nice remodel, had everything you needed. Will def stay again! Owner was very responsive and allowed us to ck in early and check out later.

Mother/Daughter Trip

This place is AMAZING!! It was perfect for our little getaway. The property is beautiful and looks even better than the pics❤️ We even had a couple deer come across the property🥰 The owner was so accommodating. She even had a bottle of local wine ready for us💖

Nice House

We only had time for a two night stay, and the house was perfect. There were 3 of us and we had plenty of room. The host is wonderful. The home has everything you will need and then some. The neighborhood is just ok, but close to everything. I would recormmend this house and would defintly stay here again.
