Very easy rental and location was very central to most things in and around Denver. Easy to get to from airport and easy to get downtown, north up to Boulder, Golden Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park and out west.

The rooms were clean and provided adequate towels. The kitchen was stocked well with utensils and pots/pans. There are a variety of spices, which is a nice touch. The A/C worked well, especially with the summer heat. The outdoor table and chairs were awesome to hang out on the front porch area however; there aren't cushions so the seats get uncomfortable after a while. All in all, we had a pleasant experience. Our hosts were always in communication to assure we had what we needed.

This property was perfectly located for us. We spent a bunch of time in Golden/Denver and Littleton for wedding activities.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was so cute it felt very cozy. I would definitely recommend staying here. Communication with the property manager was very easy. They were quick to respond to any questions I had.

Red Rocks for 85th birthday

Our trip to Denver and a concert at Red Rocks for my mom’s 85th birthday was enhanced by staying at this house. It was comfortable and clean. It was perfect for our group!

Perfect!!

My hubby and I travel a fair amount, and use VRBO as often as possible. This was one of the best properties we have stayed at. LOVED everything about it, property mangers quick to respond when we had a question. Will DEFINITELY stay again

Unfortunately, our experience was not what we had hoped for. I cannot speak to cleanliness, decor, etc. but will share our experience…While we appreciate the opportunity to stay here, the property did not feel particularly welcoming or comfortable to us. We arrived late at night and the home and street were incredibly dark, and we were not comfortable fumbling around in the dark or risking being at the wrong house (too dark to see house numbers). Additionally, there were numerous vehicles lining the street around the property, which made the overall setting feel uninviting. Because we did not feel as comfortable or safe in the surroundings as we expected, we had to find a hotel in the area for the night. We understand that everyone's comfort level is different, but based on our experience, we would not recommend staying here if you must arrive to check in after dark. The rental company was aware we were arriving late from the airport. We were disappointed with the company’s response to our feedback as they pointed out that we could have turned on the lights to make it feel safer. Unfortunately that cannot be done without getting into the house which we didn’t feel like we could do in the dark. Even so, we appreciate the effort that goes into hosting and wish the owners the best.

Excellent Dog Friendly Home Near Red Rocks!

My parents, wife and I stayed here with our dog and had an excellent stay. The privacy fence allowed for our dog to hang outside, and also allowed for summer. Peace and quiet to relax at night. The layout of the residence was perfect as my parents had the basement to themselves And we had the upstairs bedrooms. Not to mention, this B&B allowed for a short drive to red rocks amphitheater.

Totally Awesome!

If I could score this higher, I would. We had a fantastic time staying at this property. The front courtyard was great for sitting & catching up together. The split levels gave us some space, but not too much. Kitchen was stocked with all essentials for cooking. The games & puzzles were fantastic for all of us to do. Right off I-70 so easy to get everywhere. You will absolutely love this place for your next stay in the Denver area.

Need more bath towels. They were dingy looking. Open the bedroom curtains to lots of dust falling. Cob webs around the ceiling and doors. TV in bedroom wouldn’t work.

Hot miserable experience.

AC actually broken first 2 days. This house does not have a balanced AC system. Two upstairs rooms are so uncomfortable that we all had to sleep in the partial basement room. It was the only room in the house that will cool to what the thermostat says. Winter time I’m sure this is a great place to stay. Summer….PICK ANOTHER HOUSE!!

Property has a lot of potential, but wasn’t what we hoped it would be. - Had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke - Found a Green unknown pill on the bedroom floor (could have been very dangerous as we were traveling with a child) - Could do a better job with pest control (saw multiple spiders and other bugs inside home) - Hot upstairs and cold downstairs (like others have said)

Clean, nice place.

Overall a great place to stay. The downstairs was cold and the upstairs was hot. Temp regulation was difficult. Everything else was just fine! would stay again.

Fun stay at Wheat Ridge

This house was just as shown in the pictures. It is decorated very smartly and the basement area is perfect if you have a separate couple that may need a little privacy. BIG PLUS: The supplies provided (towels, soap, shampoo, trash bags,etc.) are plentiful; which is wonderful compared to other places we have stayed where they give you one trash bag and one towel per person. You can also wash a load if necessary. The only reason that I did not give a 5 star is that there was quite a bit of dog poop in the backyard when we got there. Also, the House Guide did not mention how to turn the shower on or when garbage day was. Both containers were overfull when we got there (which is understandable arriving on a Saturday) and the recycle bin was never picked up. Not sure when that was supposed to happen. But those were minor. We had a great week there and the location is close to Golden and not too far from Estes Park and Downtown Denver.
