This was the perfect place for our trip to a concert at Red Rocks. The location was close to the concert site, the home was very clean, the bed was super comfortable. It was nice & quiet, and the host was very quick to respond to my few questions. Would stay again.

This is the perfect spot to stay if you’re going to red rocks. Kevin was very responsive and was even able to work with me on checking in a little early. There’s a shuttle that picks up at the restaurant next door and drops off at red rocks…it’s so convenient! I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m seeing a show there.

The place worked out well for us. We planned the trip around a concert at Red Rocks. We were able to do some other fun things in area as well. The mountains are just beautiful!

Property was clean, nicely decorated, bed slept oh so good and Kevin was a great communicator answering all our questions. If you are going to Red Rock this is the perfect spot with shuttle pick up service right outside the door at Front Range Inn restaurant who also has some very good food! Will be back!!

The property was clean. Location behind a bar & grille was somewhat unsightly, but neighborhood seemed fine. Great location for Red Rocks. Need to take care of gap under front door.

The property was great! Perfect for the two of us out for a couple shows at Red Rocks. Super easy to get to and from Red Rocks and close to plenty of stores and restaurants! The Front Range Inn in front of the house literally has the best burgers! Make it a point to go there too. The property had everything we wanted and needed!

Second time staying here and as always, can’t beat the location if you are attending a show at Red Rocks super cozy and clean! Plus the shuttle service picks & drops you off steps from the front door, amazing!

The house was in a bit of a weird spot being just adjacent to a bar parking lot, but overall, everything was excellent. The house was clean & was just enough space for 2 people. The location was perfect for our event at Red Rocks & was super close to everything we needed. We got some food from the Front Range Inn, which was also great. The host, Kevin, was very communicative & check-in & out was easy. Overall, great experience. I would book again for a similar trip!

This is a really great place to stay, especially if you are hitting a show at Red Rocks. It’s about 15 minutes from the venue, but if you want a ride, BusToShow stops at the bar right in front for travel to and from the show. Goats are very responsive, place was clean, the washer and dryer came in so handy. The bar out front is owned by the same people and has great food and great atmosphere. Bartenders and regulars were delightful. My only complaint is the internet is an open network. The two TVs in the property work great for streaming, but our own devices struggled on the network. Aside from that, this place is seriously 10/10. We actually booked before we even secured our tickets to the show, and I’m so glad we did.

White cottage behind the front range bar and grill

Excellent communication. Was able to get us in before check in. We had a concert to make and this was nice. Everything was in working order. But could not figure out the WiFi and TV. No worries though. We had a great time.

I know we gave the house 5 stars and it is worth the rating. Only one thing I would like to add which doesn’t take away from the rating is the WFI is an open WFI is a little confusing but we are an older couple so take that as you may. Otherwise great location for Red Rocks and train stations and my wife says that the washer and dryer rocks. Thanks to Kevin for allowing us to experience your house.
