Cannot say enough great comments about this beautiful home. Such a perfect setup for family beach trip. Everything was available to us, everything we needed. With spacious bedrooms, very comfortable beds, fantastic kitchen, roomy shared space and huge deck we felt very happy with the house. Also the grill with bar and sitting area underneath was fun.

Great house. Awesome beach view. We love the outdoor kitchen area. Loved all the games they had at the house. Perfect rooms for are family.

Beach Vacation

Very nice house that is set up very well. This is our 3rd stay in Mexico Beach and this house was our favorite so far. Short walk to the beach, everything was great!

Fantastic

Perfect location, very clean, elegant and thoughtfully decorated. The pool table was a huge hit. We are so happy we splurged for this - worth every penny.

Of all the beach houses my family has rented over the years, this was without a doubt the nicest. It truly offered everything a family could ask for.The outdoor space was amazing. After a day at the beach, we loved relaxing in the hammock, grilling in the outdoor kitchen, playing ping pong and cornhole, and gathering in the many seating areas. The fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water was also a fantastic feature.Inside, the home is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, with two being en suites. Three of the four bedrooms offer ocean views and deck access. The beds were comfortable, the decor was lovely, and the upstairs game room with a pool table, dartboard, board games, and an impressive book collection was a huge hit.The location is wonderful. While you can’t walk directly through the dunes, the provided beach cart makes the short walk to the beach access point beside the house easy and convenient.Two things are worth mentioning, though neither affected our rating. The under-counter ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, but Cape & Coast communicated this before arrival and remained responsive throughout the week. The beach itself was impacted by unusually heavy seaweed and canal work that affected the water directly in front of the house during our visit. While it put a damper on our beach experience, it was clearly outside of Cape & Coast’s control.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations.

House not live-in ready

Beautiful house. Beautiful view. No wireless, No TV, No gas / hot water. We were terribly upset that somehow the house was not ready to be lived in. After a day and a half of going back and forth, we got moved to another property an hour from where we started. It was a nice place, but also did not have wireless when we got there for several days and had too many stairs for the older person in our group to handle well. Tough week for what we paid. Really unfortunate.
