Wonderful

The property is close to shopping and restaurants. The pool is awesome. The owners are great, very prompt at answering any questions you might have. This is our 4th stay and we are hoping to book again next year.

Comfortable Quiet House

Great house for a Disney theme park trip in a quiet location, just off the 192 highway. Walmart only a couple of kilometres away for shopping and plenty of choice of shopping/restaurants within east reach. House had all the amenities you might need and a great covered pool/outdoor area. Very happy with our stay.

Great pool, great location

We put the extra money in to having the pool temperature brought up and it was well worth it. Quiet neighborhood.

First Disney Trip

This was the first Disney trip for my boys. The location was close to the park and conveniently close to Walmart, Dunkin Donuts, and Starbucks, as well as many other food and attractions. The pool provided some welcome relief to the heat and was a nice way to unwind at the end of the day. Overall great experience.

Great location

Just completed our second winter season at this property. Some improvements over last year, i.e., larger tv in living room and bed spreads. Could use updated bath rugs, towels, and kitchen items. Otherwise, nice location. Open concept living room nice,

The house itself was excellent. Clean, secure. We were torn between good and ok. We had a problem with the a/c. They addressed that right away and fixed it. This is a good place, but know the beds are old and creaky, they provide no dishsoap, no laundry soap, nothing to wipe down counters, and no toilet paper refillsWhat’s funny is they have directions for taking out the trash and double bagging it but provide no trash bags. Same with dishes, wash and out away dishes and no soap or dishwasher soap. No coffee. Nothing so be prepared for that. You will have to shop when you get into town for basic things. Very odd. There is a garage but it’s a game room so don’t expect secure parking. Pool was great. Guestbook had a lot of great comments so maybe it’s just us.

Decent spot. Close to Disney.

Enjoyed the pool. Surprised that almost no consumables were stocked. One dishwasher tab. No dish soap. Two rolls of TP for 4 guests. No Saran wrap, foil, paper towels, garbage bags.

Very dirty and tired property

A lot of work needs to be done to bring the standard of the property up, BBQ was old and not useable . Kitchen utensils old and blunt. Various lights not working throughout property. Lounge flooring started to lift causing tripping hazard. Pool lining blown and needs repair & painting. Pool filter I assume is not working due to a lot of flys dead every morning on the surface. Both on suit basins & bath slow to flow away due to hair blockages.

I am a travel agent and have stayed in many VRBOs. This property was the dirtiest property I have ever been to. We had no air conditioning for the first 2 days, and no hot water the entire week. We reached out to the owner who finally sent someone to fix the AC. There was a whole layer of dirt on the lamp shades, the vents in the ceiling were caked with dirt. The master toilet had urine on the base of it and it was caked on the floor. I understand that the owner is from the UK, and when contacted with my concerns, I received back "ok". I understand that they live a long way away, but this was unacceptable. I will never stay at this location again, or have my clients stay here. VRBO standards are high, and I have never been disappointed before, until now. Lesson learned about this property. The pictures you see are from when they bought the house with a brand new fence, which now is falling down.

Could had been better

House was spacious. The location was good. Only 5 minutes to Walmart and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet. The parks were maybe 20-30 minute ride probably less without traffic. The pool was the best but the house was warm and not clean. Manager came in to change the AC filter and it cool down better after. She also send in a cleaner who cleaned floors, changed and made the beds and cleaned the fans cause they were so dusty you could not turn them on but she missed the bathrooms which I ended up cleaning them my self. This vacation home would be much better if the cleaners do a better thought out job.

Excellent vacation!

We had an amazing vacation at this villa. The house was super clean and the neighbour hood was quiet. The owners were excellent to deal with. It was close proximity to all the Disney and universal parks, and Walmart was only a couple minutes up the road. And that pool😍 It was AMAZING! Our family of 5 enjoyed it everyday of our 2 week stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone & will definitely stay again if we travel to Florida. Thank you♥️

Great Location, good size

The Villa was spotless, communication from the owners was excellent, pool was a good size, open plan layout was perfect for our family and we were impressed with the close proximity to the restaurants on the 192 and Walmart!

It started out rocky but owners and manager made it right. Certain things should have been more clear such as the need for paper products and where beach items to use were stores.

great pool, comfortable home

Overall this is a very nice home, nicely located, easy to find. Our stay was pleasant and very restful - exactly what we were looking for. Recommended for family, or couple. Did I mention the pool?
