The community pool area is gorgeous, surrounded by lush landscaping, modern furniture, with lots of time in the sun. There is a gas fire pit, BBQ, and community seating area by the pool.
1-block away to the east is the Indian Bend wash/ green belt where you can walk/run/bike for miles in either direction!

The community grounds can be best enjoyed by foot. There is assigned parking on the south side of the building, spot 26.
