What an amazing property and wonderful host. This was the perfect space for all of us to hang out and laugh and catch up while in town for a wedding. Peter was very attentive and answered questions immediately. I would recommend and definitely rent again

Host was very accommodating and helpful! All amenities were provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, awesome coffee. WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND staying in Peters rentals again!!

This is a gorgeous house with an excellent layout and bedroom set up. We were three adult couples with 4 kids total, and we had ample room to cook breakfast and all sit together. The table actually seats 10! That’s so rare to find. The beds are comfortable and the curtains make the rooms reasonably dark. We loved that it was 4 king beds, no arguing over who gets stuck with a small bed. The neighborhood was very quiet, we never heard loud cars or music. It was also very clean. I never found anything left behind from previous tenants or grimy dishes. This is a very well cared for home. And as a bonus, my kids loved the extra touch of chocolates on the pillows. We will definitely stay here or in another of Peter’s homes next time we go to Portland. Thank you!

This house is beautiful and just as described. It was a perfect place for our family to gather and make memories. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the large dining room table provided everyone a place to eat comfortably. Peter is an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions I asked.10/10 we would stay here again!

Really great stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Everything was Clean, comfortable and as shown in pictures. Check in was fairly simple. Quiet neighborhood and super friendly host! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Beautiful and convenient

This was the perfect place for our stay. Close to everything and well-appointed and clean. Easy parking. We will definitely be booking this place next time we visit Portland.

We had such a lovely stay. I appreciate that there are so many bedrooms and incredibly comfortable beds and that there are multiple places in the home to gather for meals and conversation.

Reed graduation weekend

Stayed at Peter’s place for the weekend of Reed’s graduation and it was great. Fairly close to campus and the place is really great and comfortable. Has everything you’d need for sure including a great design aesthetic - will stay again for sure as my son is living in Portland post graduation.

Beautiful home!

This house was great. Totally redone and looks brand new and good design. Three king size beds that were all comfortable. It’s the best VRBO that we have experienced!

Incredible experience! The house was amazing, and exactly what we needed for our stay. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of consumables available for our stay (toilet paper, detergent, soap, etc.). The host was incredible and very responsive, helping us add another day to our stay and providing recommendations. Within walking distance to great (host recommended) coffee, which was a big plus for us. Very clean house, thoughtful touches throughout. Portland airport is 15 min away, which was another big plus for us. I would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the area!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better home for our family gathering. The house was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the foundational needs.One of the biggest highlights was how well the space accommodated our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and spend time together, while still having comfortable spaces for conversation, meals, and family activities. The kitchen was a great space to cook while host and chat with family. The location was also fantastic—convenient to everything we needed while still feeling like a welcoming home base. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the entire process, and check-in and check-out were seamless.We chose this property for a special family reunion, and it exceeded our expectations. The memories we made here will be treasured for years to come. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to gather.

Portland family stay

This house gave my family plenty of room to have those family moments together that a trip is all about. It was very neat and clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. Peter was great to communicate with. We found a great place to eat not far from the house, The Observatory. Highly recommend.

Five-star-plus! This home is beautiful and immaculate! I have never stayed in a cleaner rental. The decor is Oregon-inspired, warm and tasteful. I rented more space than we needed; for a larger group, this is perfect! There are nice indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a large dining table and plenty of work space in the large, well-stocked kitchen. The beds, bedding and pillows are comfortable. The towels are of good quality. The washer/dryer set is modern and sparkles like new. We felt comfortable taking evening walks around the neighborhood. Parking was easy. The owner was thoughtful in providing an easy-to-remember access code. The owner was responsive to communication, and provided thorough property information via email and an app! Highly recommend!

Great spacious house

We were 6 adults and 3 children under 4 staying for 4 nights. The house was spic and span and well equipped. We did not do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen would have worked for that too. The best part was the way we could spread out in multiple areas. I can highly recommend this place!

Picture perfect!

We had a terrific stay, and the house was even prettier than it appeared in the app. Beautifully appointed -- tasteful themes define the five bedrooms, lovely woodwork throughout, multiple gathering spaces, and a kitchen furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Peter, our host, answered every question promptly, provided great recommendations for our visit, and was flexible in meeting all our needs. Highly recommend!

Large House in SE Portland

This place is awesome! Perfect for 4 couples plus 1 extra bedroom with 2 twin beds. So many pluses: 4 king beds! Kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals for our large group. Washer/Dryer for a few loads of laundry. We were 2 family groups with adult children and their partners. Peter was great at communicating! Parking was available on the street of the quiet neighborhood. The property is close enough to walk to a few places to eat and Assembly Brewing. There are probably better grocery stores than WinCo, but that was close. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!

A wonderful house!

This house was perfect for our family gathering. We were all adults, and really enjoyed the 5 bedrooms, many with King beds. Having 2 bedrooms on the main level really helped with those who have problems on the stairs. The dining table for 10 was a huge plus. And the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glassware, serving items and cookware. The decor was wonderful. Very tasteful and we loved the big bedrooms with lots of hangers. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were luxurious. For grocery shopping, do go to Fred Meyer. They have everything and there is a Trader Joe's right near Fred Meyer. We enjoyed cooking many meals here. Most of our activities took place across the river, but it was an easy drive to the Sellwood Bridge. Peter, the owner, was always responsive to my questions and made our stay very easy. You will not be disappointed if you decide on this amazing house.

Overall a great property. Host provided all necessary information. No need to communicate with him further. Check out was extremely simple. Best check out we’ve had in many stays. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of linens. Even provided chocolates as a pillow topper. No tv in living room or bedrooms. Only 1 in upstairs sitting area. And tiny tv in double bedroom. Furniture was comfortable. Beds were soft. Multiple types of pillows provided. Had very little control over the A/C setting. Every time we would lower the temp, it would reset itself to 70F. Seems to be only one unit for the whole house. The days we stayed it was really hot and humid; so it was difficult to cool down the house. The outdoor space was limited, consisting of a small patio with a bench. Street parking was not an issue. House sleeps 10 but 10 people in this house would be really tight. This home is located in an Asian community. Mostly Asian grocery stores nearby. Must travel several miles to get other food and grocery options. Quiet neighborhood. Overall, I would stay here again.

Great house for nine of us

This house worked out perfectly for nine of us traveling to have thanksgiving with Portland family. Everyone fit, the kitchen had everything, and the house is so cute. We would definitely stay there again in the future.
