Just a few blocks from the lake. Enjoy all Lake Barkley, Kentucky Lake and The Land Between The Lakes has to offer boating, hunting, fishing, kayaking, biking, hiking and antiquing.

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and very responsive. The home was cozy and well-kept. The porch was relaxing sitting on a rocker. The owners have thought of everything and had the place stocked with necessities, which is perfect when traveling. We would stay here again.

This rental truly felt homey and welcoming. We enjoyed the large front porch and fire pit. The kitchen had everything you’d need plus a few extras. If we’re near Cadiz again, this will be our spot!

Pure relaxation

Our stay was wonderful. We were able to be close to relatives in the area without being in their space. House was cozy and was wonderfully setup.

Absolutely perfect! We rented this property once before for our children to come visit. Quiet, well maintained and very pleasant. Within walking distance to Lake Barkley, kayaks provided. My granddaughter liked the coolored chalk and the whole family enjoyed playing dominoes which you provided. Thank you for a peaceful place to relax!

Cute comfy place to stay.

Everything you need is on site. Very evident that the owners take pride in their property. Clean and comfortable. Drive is very steep and not good for trucks with trailers. We would definitely stay again.

yes the rooms was clean the host was very helpful we clean all the cobwebs of the porch used a broom and sweep them away no big deal had a grate time at the cottage thanks

Thank you. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Sorry about the cobwebs. This time of year if we are not here all the time, they come back quickly. We should have mentioned the ego blower in the laundry which makes quick work at blowing everything out.

Awesome place perfect for relaxing

This was my first vrbo rental and i was blown away with the experience the host was great the house was perfect for what we wanted to do it was close to Barkley watersports jet ski rentals that was fun also it was 4th of july so we had fun with some fireworks just a good time all around and the notes around the house made you feel like all was ok just have fun and we did thanks

Our daughter attends Murray State and interned over the summer. We wanted to do a visit and have mini break at the same time. Patricia’s place was perfect. Everything was as described and better, from the kitchen to the porch and location. Couldn’t ask for better supplies home - camp chairs, blankets, beach towels, regular towels, herbs, spices, snacks, paper products, and more. We spent time with our daughter and then would retire to the retreat in the woods. We were seeking peace and quiet and to explore Kentucky lakes. We got this and more. Highly recommend Patricia’s place for that lake retreat. This was one of the best vrbo’s we rented. We will come back!

The cleanliness of the house could have been better. Yard needed mowed, fridge was not the cleanest, bathroom was like only cleaned the middle and not the tub or around toilet. The house sets in a great peaceful area. So relaxing to sit outside and listen to nature. Host was GREAT! Details about check in and things to do.... checked in during stay. Great!

Amazing property with great amenities. Owners responded to questions almost immediately. Amazing location, just around the corner from Lake Linton. Tons of available parking.

GREAT LOCATION

There was nothing that you needed!!!!! The house was fully stocked with everything you could imagine. Extra pillows, towels, blankets, food containers for left overs, clothes detergent, downey, etc. 1/2 mile from beach and we felt close to everything we wanted to explore. Will stay there again!!!!!!! Owners were quick to get back to us with answers we needed!!!! Thank you for everything!!! Master bed was excellent!!!! Best sleep I had in a while!!!!
